Abstract
Referido a un modulo LED (500) y un procedimiento de montaje de conjuntos de lentes secundario sobre conjuntos de diodos de emision de luz en una placa de circuito impreso para formar dicho modulo de LED. En el modulo LED (500), un montaje de conjunto de lentes (400) esta montado en una placa de circuito impreso (110). El montaje de conjunto de lentes (400) comprende un conjunto de lente de forma libre de silicona (210) que esta montado en un soporte de la lente (410) mediante la alineacion de las marcas en el soporte de la lente con las marcas en el conjunto de lentes de forma libre para acoplar un pasador en el conjunto de forma libre con una abertura correspondiente en el soporte de la lente. El montaje de conjunto de lentes (400) esta colocado correctamente, en un plano x-y, en la placa de circuito impreso (110) por el acoplamiento de los pasadores de posicionamiento formados sobre una superficie ·del conjunto de lentes de forma libre con rebajes correspondientes formados en la placa de circuito impreso y se retiene en la posicion correcta mediante los clips (450, 460) formados integralmente con el soporte de la lente (410) que se extienden a traves de aberturas respectivas (250, 260) en el conjunto de lentes de forma libre (210) y en los orificios correspondientes (150, 160) formados en la placa de circuito impreso (110). Los pasadores de posicionamiento estan conformados para permitir cambios termicos debidos al intervalo de temperaturas de operacion del modulo LED (500)
