Description
a)少なくとも1つの光源を支持板上に設置し、
b)少なくとも1つの光源の位置を支持板上で測定し、
c)1つ又は好適には複数の基準位置マークを支持板に形設し、そのとき少なくとも1つの基準位置マークの位置が少なくとも1つの光源の位置によって決められ、d)光整形部材を支持板の1つ又は複数の基準位置マークで参照させ、つまり正しい向きに合わせ、
e)光整形部材を支持板に、或いは支持板に関連して固定する。
a)1つの又は好適には複数の基準位置マークを、少なくとも1つの光源のための支持板に形設し、
b)少なくとも1つの基準位置マークの位置を支持板上で測定し、
c)少なくとも1つの基準位置マークの位置を考慮して、少なくとも1つの光源を支持板上に設置し、
d)光整形部材を支持板の1つ以上の基準位置マークで参照させ、つまり正しい向きに合わせ、
e)光整形部材を支持板に、又は支持板に関連して固定する。
Claims (12)
- 光整形部材(1)を、少なくとも1つの光源(2)に対応して位置決めをする方法であって、次の工程、すなわち、
a)前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)を支持板(3)上に設置する工程、
b)前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)の位置を前記支持板(3)上で測定する工程、
c)1つ又は複数の基準位置マーク(4)を前記支持板(3)に形設する工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの基準位置マーク(4)の位置は前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)の位置によって決定される工程、
d)前記光整形部材(1)を前記支持板(3)の前記1つ以上の基準位置マーク(4)に直接接触させることにより、正しい位置に位置合わせする工程、
e)前記光整形部材(1)を前記支持板(3)に、又は前記支持板(3)に関連して固定する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 光整形部材(1)を、少なくとも1つの光源(2)に対応して位置決めをする方法であって、次の工程、すなわち、
a)1つ又は複数の基準位置マーク(4)を前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)のための支持板(3)に形設する工程、
b)前記少なくとも1つの基準位置マーク(4)の位置を前記支持板(3)上で測定する工程、
c)前記少なくとも1つの基準位置マーク(4)の位置を考慮して、前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)を前記支持板(3)上に設置する工程、
d)前記光整形部材(1)を前記支持板(3)の前記1つ以上の基準位置マーク(4)に直接接触させることにより正しい位置に位置合わせする工程、
e)前記光整形部材(1)を前記支持板(3)に、又は前記支持板(3)に関連して固定する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)が1つ以上の発光ダイオードを有するLED光源であり、前記支持板(3)が前記少なくとも1つのLED光源のための基板であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)を前記支持板(3)上に設置する工程において、前記少なくとも1つのLED光源(2)が前記基板(3)とはんだ付けされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)で、前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)の幾何学的中心が算出され、前記工程c)で前記基準位置マーク(4)がその幾何学的中心に関連して前記支持板(3)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1もしくは、請求項1に従属する限りの請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)で、前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)の最も明るい領域、又は最も明るい点が算出され、前記基準位置マーク(4)が前記最も明るい領域、又は最も明るい点に関連して前記支持板(3)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1もしくは、請求項1に従属する限りの請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)或いは前記少なくとも1つの基準位置マーク(4)の位置が、光学的な測定方法で決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源(2)或いは前記少なくとも1つの基準位置マーク(4)の位置が、カメラを用いた光学的な測定方法で決定されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の基準位置マーク(4)が1つ以上の一端が開放された細長い溝(4a)として、及び/又は1つ以上の直線的に延びるエッジ(4b)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の基準位置マーク(4)が掘削及び/又はフライス加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光整形部材(1)が少なくとも1つの固定部材(8)によって、前記支持板(3)に関連して固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光整形部材(1)が前記少なくとも1つの固定部材(8)によって、上に前記支持板(3)が固定されている放熱器(6)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
