Description

擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈
本發明為有關一種車頭燈,尤指一種擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈。
汽機車皆為機動性高的運輸工具,亦為外出代步的首選,而為了提高行車時的安全性,皆會裝設車頭燈,傳統的車頭燈為採用鹵素燈泡,但鹵素燈泡具有功率大、亮度低、壽命短等問題,故目前大部分的汽機車為使用功率小、亮度高、壽命長的發光二極體作為頭燈使用。
而具有發光二極體的汽車頭燈如美國專利第20160169466號之「LED H4 Retrofit Lamp Unit」,其包含有一支撐構件、二分別設置於該支撐構件之相對兩側的發光二極體以及一與該支撐構件接觸的散熱器,將此燈置於反射器中,並相對於水平面傾斜5°至30°之間,如此,可以不需要額外光學器件即可替代原本的燈泡,並可滿足規定的光型。
然而,此種發光元件為一體製造而成,當發光二極體損壞而需替換時,未損壞的零件如散熱器等皆須需一併進行替換,如此一來,不僅會造成成本的增加,更會造成資源的浪費。
本發明的主要目的,在於解決當發光二極體損壞時,需一起替換掉全部元件,而導致成本增加的問題。
為達上述目的,本發明提供一種擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,係穿設於車體照明裝置之一光杯,該光杯具有一反射弧面以及一由該反射弧面圍繞而成的一穿設口,該擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈包含有一本體、一電路板以及二發光二極體模組,該本體包含有一基座以及設置該基座上的一第一板材與一第二板材,該第一板材具有一第一開口,該第二板材具有一第二開口,且該第一板材對應於該第二板材而形成一容置空間,該基座穿設於該穿設口而使該第一板材、該第二板材相鄰於該反射弧面,該電路板設置於該第一板材與該第二板材之間,該二發光二極體模組分別設置於該電路板之相對兩側面,且分別對應於該第一開口與該第二開口,其中,該二發光二極體模組各發出一光線,該光線經由該反射弧面反射而射出。
綜上所述,本發明具有以下特點:
一、 藉由將該電路板設置於該第一板材與該第二板材之間,即該容置空間之中,當該二發光二極體模組損壞而需替換時,僅需抽取出該電路板進行替換,無需替換該本體,而可降低成本。
二、 藉由將該電路板設置於該第一板材與該第二板材之間,於需要組裝或替換該電路板或該二發光二極體模組時,只需進行抽取與插入的動作,於組裝上更為方便。
三、 藉由將該二發光二極體模組分別設置於該電路板之相對兩側面,並藉由該反射弧面的反射,而可以形成全周光。
有關本發明的詳細說明及技術內容,現就配合圖式說明如下:
請參閱「圖1」至「圖4」所示,本發明為一種擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,係穿設於車體照明裝置上之一光杯1,該光杯1具有一反射弧面2以及一由該反射弧面2圍繞而成的一穿設口3,而該擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈包含有一本體10、一電路板20以及二發光二極體模組30,該本體10包含有一基座11以及設置該基座11上的一第一板材12與一第二板材13,該第一板材12具有一第一開口14,該第二板材13具有一第二開口15,且該第一板材12對應於該第二板材13而形成一容置空間16,而該基座11穿設於該穿設口3而使該第一板材12、該第二板材13相鄰於該反射弧面2,該電路板20設置於該第一板材12與該第二板材13之間,即為設置於該容置空間16內,而該二發光二極體模組30分別設置於該電路板20之相對兩側面,且分別對應於該第一開口14與該第二開口15而露出,藉此,於組裝或需要替換電路板20或該二發光二極體模組30時,只需進行抽取與插入電路板20的動作,使作業更為方便,此外,當該二發光二極體模組30損壞時,僅需抽取出該電路板20進行替換,無需替換該本體10,而可降低成本。而當組裝完成後,該二發光二極體模組30會各發出一光線,該光線經由該反射弧面2反射而射出,且由於該二發光二極體模組30為分別設置於該電路板20之相對兩側面,再透過該反射弧面2的反射,則可以形成全周光。
而為了加強固定該電路板20的位置,於本實施例中,更包含有一固定件40、一第一夾制件51、一第二夾制件52、一封閉固定件60以及一強化定位件70,該固定件40將該電路板20與該第一板材12、該第二板材13鎖固,而該第一夾制件51與該第二夾制件52則分別設置於該第一板材12、該第二板材13遠離該基座11之一側,再利用該封閉固定件60夾制固定該第一夾制件51與該第二夾制件52,本實施例中,可以將該封閉固定件60之內徑設計成略小於該第一夾制件51與該第二夾制件52之間的距離,於裝設該封閉固定件60時,可使該第一夾制件51與該第二夾制件52彼此相互靠近,而可使該第一板材12與該第二板材13夾緊該電路板20,或可如「圖5」所示,其中該封閉固定件60具有一底蓋61、一開口62以及一自該底蓋61朝該開口62延伸的側壁63,且該側壁63由該開口62往該底蓋61形成漸縮的斜面,如此,可以將該第一夾制件51與該第二夾制件52越夾越緊,且該封閉固定件60可以封閉住該容置空間16,防止該電路板20滑出,而為了更進一步固定該電路板20的位置,可以再將該強化定位件70穿設於該第一夾制件51、該第二夾制件52以及該封閉固定件60,以強化固定。
此外,本實施例中還包含有一散熱件90、一散熱膏80以及一散熱風扇100,該散熱膏80設置於該第一板材12與該電路板20之間以及該第二板材13與該電路板20之間,以增加熱的傳導性,使熱快速地傳遞到該第一板材12與該第二板材13,由於該散熱膏80為薄薄一層,為方便圖式觀看,僅繪製於「圖2」中,該散熱件90則設置於該基座11遠離該容置空間16之一側,且該散熱件90具有複數遠離於該基座11的散熱鰭片91,以增加散熱效率,而該散熱風扇100則設置於該散熱件90遠離該基座11之一側,並對應於該基座11之一連通該第一開口14與該第二開口15的中空管道17,即為與該容置空間16連通,而可朝該電路板20吹送一氣流以增加散熱效率。
於組裝或替換該電路板20時,僅需將該固定件40、該封閉固定件60以及該強化定位件70拆除,再抽取出該電路板20並插入新的該電路板20即可,使用上簡單方便,而裝設好的電路板20則會透過一延長導電線111以及一電連接件112而與一外部電源113連接,該延長導電線111會穿過該中空管道17,而該電連接件112則設置於該延長導電線111遠離該電路板20一端,將該電連接件112與該外部電源113連接即可提供所需之電力,並進行運作,而該散熱風扇100亦可以整合在一起,於該電路板20運作的同時,同步驅動該散熱風扇100。
續搭配參閱「圖4」所示,為方便檢視,該光杯1為使用剖面示意,當裝設於該光杯1時,會於本發明之該基座11上額外裝設一卡固件120,以卡固於該穿設口3。
綜上所述,本發明具有以下特點:
一、 當該二發光二極體模組損壞時,僅需抽取出該電路板進行替換,無需替換該本體,而可降低使用者負擔的成本。
二、 藉由將該二發光二極體模組為分別設置於該電路板之相對兩側面,且發出之光線經由該反射弧面反射而射出,則可以形成全周光。
三、 藉由該固定件、該第一夾制件、該第二夾制件、該封閉固定件以及該強化定位件的設置,可以加強固定該電路板的位置。
四、 藉由該散熱件、該散熱膏以及該散熱風扇的設置,可以增加散熱效率。
五、 組裝替換時,僅需將該固定件、該封閉固定件以及該強化定位件拆除,再抽取出該電路板並插入新的該電路板即可,使用上簡單方便。
因此本發明極具進步性及符合申請發明專利的要件,爰依法提出申請,祈  鈞局早日賜准專利,實感德便。
以上已將本發明做一詳細說明,惟以上所述者,僅爲本發明的一較佳實施例而已,當不能限定本發明實施的範圍。即凡依本發明申請範圍所作的均等變化與修飾等,皆應仍屬本發明的專利涵蓋範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,係穿設於車體照明裝置之一光杯,該光杯具有一反射弧面以及一由該反射弧面圍繞而成的一穿設口,該擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈包含有: 一本體,包含有一基座以及設置該基座上的一第一板材與一第二板材,該第一板材具有一第一開口,該第二板材具有一第二開口,且該第一板材對應於該第二板材而形成一容置空間,該基座穿設於該穿設口而使該第一板材、該第二板材相鄰於該反射弧面; 一設置於該第一板材與該第二板材之間的電路板;以及 二分別設置於該電路板之相對兩側面的發光二極體模組,且該二發光二極體模組分別對應於該第一開口與該第二開口; 該二發光二極體模組各發出一光線,該光線經由該反射弧面反射而射出。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中更包含有一鎖固該電路板、該第一板材與該第二板材的固定件。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中更包含有一設置於該第一板材遠離該基座之一側的第一夾制件、一設置於該第二板材遠離該基座之一側的第二夾制件,以及一夾制固定該第一夾制件、該第二夾制件並封閉住該容置空間的封閉固定件。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中該封閉固定件具有一底蓋、一開口以及一自該底蓋朝該開口延伸的側壁,且該側壁由該開口往該底蓋形成漸縮的斜面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中更包含有一穿設該第一夾制件、該第二夾制件以及該封閉固定件以進行固定的強化定位件。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中更包含有一散熱膏,該散熱膏設置於該第一板材與該電路板之間以及該第二板材與該電路板之間。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中更包含有一設置於該基座遠離該容置空間之一側的散熱件。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中更包含有一設置於該散熱件遠離該基座之一側的散熱風扇,該基座具有一連通該第一開口與該第二開口的中空管道,該散熱風扇對應設置於該中空管道。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中該散熱件具有複數遠離於該基座的散熱鰭片。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之擬燈泡式發光二極體車頭燈,其中該基座具有一連通該第一開口與該第二開口的中空管道,該電路板更包含有一穿過該中空管道的延長導電線以及一設置於該延長導電線遠離該電路板一端而與一外部電源連接的電連接件。
