Claims (10)
- 工業プロセスに物理的に接続されるように構成された機器ハウジング、
圧電変換器を利用して圧力を測定するためのプロセス変量センサー、
前記プロセス変量センサーに接続され、前記圧電変換器により検知されたプロセス変量に関する出力を有する測定回路、
工業プロセスにおける圧力脈動の運動エネルギーを電気的なエネルギーに変換した電気的出力を有する前記圧電変換器、及び
前記圧電変換器からの前記電気的出力を受け、プロセス機器に電力を供給するために前記圧電変換器からの前記電気的出力を使用する電力保存回路を備える、機器ハウジング内の電気回路、
を含み、
前記電気回路が前記圧電変換器からの前記電気的出力に基づいて工業プロセスの動作を診断するように構成され、
診断が工業プロセスにおける特定の状態を示す脈動の周波数に基づいている、
プロセス監視又は制御に用いるために工業プロセスに接続するためのプロセス機器。 - 診断が工業プロセスにおける脈動の特性に基づいている、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記電気回路が、メモリに保存され、脈動の周波数と工業プロセスにおける作動の徴候とが関連付けられたデータに基づく診断出力を与える、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記圧電変換器が圧電変換器の動作を行わせる制御信号を受け取るように構成されている請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記電力保存回路がコンデンサを含む、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記機器ハウジング内に前記圧電変換器が搭載される、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 当該プロセス機器を工業プロセスに接続するために用いられる取付けフランジ上に前記圧電変換器が設置される、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記機器ハウジングから離れて配置される場所に前記圧電変換器が位置する、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記圧電変換器が共鳴管を通してプロセス流体に接続している、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
- 前記圧電変換器が隔壁を通してプロセス流体に接続している、請求項1記載のプロセス機器。
