Claims (30)
- PTFEマットを作成する方法であって、

前記マット前駆体を加熱して前記溶媒および前記繊維化するポリマーを除去することによってPTFEマットを作成するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記分散物が、少なくとも100,000cPから500,000cP以下の粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- 前記粘度が、Brookfield LV Viscometerにおいて、25番のスピンドルを用い、25℃でスピンドル速度を2.5の一定にして得られる、請求項6に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- 前記粘度が、Brookfield LV Viscometerにおいて、25番のスピンドルを用い、25℃でスピンドル速度を2.5の一定にして得られる、請求項20に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- PTFEマットを作成する方法であって、
荷電源と標的との間に異なる電荷が生じるよう電圧を供給するステップと、
分散物を静電的に帯電するステップであって、前記分散物が前記荷電源によって静電的に帯電し、前記分散物がPTFE、繊維化するポリマー及び溶媒を含み、前記分散物が少なくとも50,000cPの粘度を有するステップと、
静電的に帯電した前記分散物を前記標的の上に集め、マット前駆体を生成するステップと、
前記マット前駆体を加熱して前記溶媒および前記繊維化するポリマーを除去することによってPTFEマットを形成するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記分散物が、少なくとも100,000cPから300,000cP以下の粘度を有する、請求項23に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- 前記分散物が、少なくとも100,000cPから500,000cP以下の粘度を有する、請求項23に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- 前記粘度が、Brookfield LV Viscometerにおいて、25番のスピンドルを用い、25℃でスピンドル速度を2.5の一定にして得られる、請求項24に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- 前記粘度が、Brookfield LV Viscometerにおいて、25番のスピンドルを用い、25℃でスピンドル速度を2.5の一定にして得られる、請求項25に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- PTFEマットを作成する方法であって、
荷電源と標的との間に異なる電荷が生じるよう電圧を供給するステップと、
分散物を静電的に帯電するステップであって、前記分散物が前記荷電源によって静電的に帯電し、前記分散物が粒径が少なくとも0.1μmから0.8μm以下であるPTFE、1wt%から10wt%以下の分子量が少なくとも50,000から4,000,000以下であるポリエチレンオキシド及び溶媒を含み、前記分散物が少なくとも50,000cPの粘度を有するステップと、
静電的に帯電した前記分散物を前記標的の上に集め、マット前駆体を生成するステップと、
前記マット前駆体を加熱して前記溶媒および前記繊維化するポリマーを除去することによってPTFEマットを形成するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記分散物が、少なくとも100,000cPから300,000cP以下の粘度を有し、前記粘度が、Brookfield LV Viscometerにおいて、25番のスピンドルを用い、25℃でスピンドル速度を2.5の一定にして得られる、請求項19に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
- 前記分散物が、少なくとも100,000cPから500,000cP以下の粘度を有し、前記粘度が、Brookfield LV Viscometerにおいて、25番のスピンドルを用い、25℃でスピンドル速度を2.5の一定にして得られる、請求項19に記載のPTFEマットを作成する方法。
