- 少なくとも1つの一次ドッグ(14、16)を有する駆動側一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)と、少なくとも1つの二次ドッグ(18、20)を有する出力側二次要素(8)と、前記一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)と二次要素(8)とのバネ弾性結合のための、前記一次ドッグ(14、16)と前記二次ドッグ(18、20)との間の少なくとも1つのバネ装置(32、34)とを備えるねじり振動ダンパにおいて、
前記一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)が内側部品(50)と、前記一次ドッグ(14、16)が配置される外側部品(52)とを有し、振動減衰のための少なくとも1つの減衰部(54、70、90、118)が、前記内側部品(50)と前記外側部品(52)との間に設けられ、
前記減衰部(90)が管状スリーブ(94)として設計され、その長手方向軸(96)が、周方向(72)に対して横方向に延在し、
前記管状スリーブ(94)が長手方向スロット(98)を有することを特徴とするねじり振動ダンパ。 - 少なくとも1つの一次ドッグ(14、16)を有する駆動側一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)と、少なくとも1つの二次ドッグ(18、20)を有する出力側二次要素(8)と、前記一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)と二次要素(8)とのバネ弾性結合のための、前記一次ドッグ(14、16)と前記二次ドッグ(18、20)との間の少なくとも1つのバネ装置(32、34)とを備えるねじり振動ダンパにおいて、
前記一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)が内側部品(50)と、前記一次ドッグ(14、16)が配置される外側部品(52)とを有し、振動減衰のための少なくとも1つの減衰部(54、70、90、118)が、前記内側部品(50)と前記外側部品(52)との間に設けられ、
前記減衰部(90)が管状スリーブ(94)として設計され、その長手方向軸(96)が、周方向(72)に対して横方向に延在し、
前記管状スリーブ(94)が、ストッパを備える端面に設けられ、前記内側部品および前記外側部品(50、52)を互いに軸方向に固定することを特徴とするねじり振動ダンパ。 - 前記二次要素(8)もまた内側部品と、前記二次ドッグが配置される外側部品とを有し、振動減衰のための少なくとも1つの減衰部が前記内側部品と前記外側部品との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記内側部品(50)が、前記減衰部(54、70、90、118)を介して前記外側部品(52)に回転式に弾性的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの減衰部(54、70、90、118)が弾性的に変形可能であり、エラストマーで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記内側部品(50)が外歯列(56)を、および前記外側部品(52)が内歯列(58)を有し、前記外歯列(56)が前記内歯列(58)に噛合うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの減衰部(54、70、90、118)が前記内歯列(58)と前記外歯列(56)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記減衰部(54、70)が、前記内歯列(58)と前記外歯列(56)との間の周方向に連続的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 互いに離間した複数の減衰部(90、118)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記管状スリーブ(94)の長手方向軸(96)が前記ねじり振動ダンパ(2)の回転軸(60)に平行して延在することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記管状スリーブ(94)が長手方向スロット(98)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記管状スリーブ(94)が、ストッパを備える端面に設けられ、前記内側部品および前記外側部品(50、52)を互いに軸方向に固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記内歯列および外歯列(58、56)に対して側方に配置された少なくとも1つの保持部(74、76)が設けられて、前記内側部品および前記外側部品(50、52)を互いに対して軸方向に固定することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記側面保持部(74、76)が、環状ディスク形状に設計されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記側面保持部(74、76)が、前記内側部品もしくは外側部品(50、52)に、または前記減衰部(90、118)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記減衰部(54、70、90、118)が、前記内歯列および外歯列(58、56)の相互に割り当てられた歯面(102、104)間にのみ設けられることを特徴とする請求項6〜15のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記減衰部(90、118)が部分的に嵌る凹部(106、108)が、前記歯面(102、104)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記内歯列(58)および前記外歯列(56)の設計を、前記減衰部(118)の弾性変形とともに、前記内歯列および外歯列(58、56)の前記歯面(102、104)が互いに直接隣接しない中立位置から、前記内歯列(58)の少なくとも1つの歯面(102)が前記外歯列(56)の歯面(104)に直接隣接する停止位置まで、前記外側部品(52)を前記内側部品(50)に対して周方向(72)に回転できるようにすることを特徴とする請求項6〜17のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記中立位置では、前記減衰部(118)が、前記内歯列および外歯列(58、56)の相互に割り当てられた歯面(102、104)間にプレストレス下に配置されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記外側部品(52)が、前記中立位置から前記停止位置まで所定の振れ角にわたって回転され得、前記所定の振れ角は、前記一次要素(4、62、88、110、116、120)と前記二次要素(8)との間の所定の振れ角よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項18または19に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
