Description
本出願は、2006年3月29日に米国特許庁に提出した仮出願60/787072に基づく優先権及び当該仮出願から生じる全ての利益を主張する。
Claims (6)
- 周波数シフトキーイング(FSK)変調信号を受信する入力と、
出力と、
前記入力と出力との間に結合され、前記FSK変調信号を増幅する、第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタのペアを含む差動増幅器であって、前記第1のトランジスタがエミッタ・フォロワとして構成され、前記第2のトランジスタが共通ベース増幅器として構成され、前記第1のトランジスタが第1のコレクタ、第1のベース、及び第1のエミッタを有し、前記第2のトランジスタが第2のコレクタ、第2のベース、及び第2のエミッタを有し、前記第1のベースが前記入力に結合された、差動増幅器と、
前記第2のコレクタと前記出力との間に結合され、実質的に前記FSK変調信号の中心周波数に調整された帯域通過フィルタと、
前記第1のコレクタと前記第1のベースとの間に結合された負帰還経路と、
第1の基準電位源と第2の基準電位源との間に結合され、前記第1のベースにおける前記第1の基準電位源と前記FSK信号とにより得られる電圧を調整できるようにする第1の分圧器であって、前記第1のベースに結合した第1の分圧器と、
前記入力と前記第1のベースとの間に結合したキャパシタと、
第3の基準電位源と第4の基準電位源との間に結合された第2の分圧器を含み、前記第2のベースをバイアスするバイアス回路と
を有する装置。 - 前記バイアス回路が、前記第2のベースと前記第4の基準電位源との間に結合されたキャパシタを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記帯域通過フィルタが、前記帯域通過フィルタの帯域を広げ、前記共通ベース増幅器への負荷を与える抵抗を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 周波数シフトキーイング(FSK)変調信号を受信する手段と、
出力信号を提供する手段と、
前記FSK変調信号を増幅する、前記受信する手段と出力を提供する手段との間に結合され、第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタのペアを含む差動増幅器を含む手段であって、前記第1のトランジスタがエミッタ・フォロワとして構成され、前記第2のトランジスタが共通ベース増幅器として構成され、前記第1のトランジスタが第1のコレクタ、第1のベース、及び第1のエミッタを有し、前記第2のトランジスタが第2のコレクタ、第2のベース、及び第2のエミッタを有し、前記第1のベースが前記受信する手段に結合された、手段と、
前記第2のコレクタと前記出力を提供する手段との間に結合され、前記増幅手段の出力信号を帯域通過フィルタリングする、実質的に前記FSK変調信号の中心周波数に調整された手段と、
前記第1のコレクタと前記第1のベースとの間に結合された負帰還を提供する手段と、
第1の基準電位源と第2の基準電位源との間に結合された抵抗を含み、前記第1のベースにおける前記第1の基準電位源と前記FSK信号とにより得られる電圧を調整する手段であって、前記第1のベースに結合した手段と、
前記受信する手段と前記第1のベースとをACカップリングするキャパシタを含む手段と、
第3の基準電位源と第4の基準電位源との間に結合された抵抗を含む、前記第2のベースをバイアスする手段と
を有する装置。 - 前記バイアス手段が、前記第2のベースと前記第4の基準電位源との間に結合されたAC経路を提供するキャパシタ含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記帯域通過フィルタリング手段が、前記帯域通過フィルタの帯域を広げ、前記共通ベース増幅器への負荷を与える抵抗を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
