Description
Claims (8)
- 伝送ラインと第1の基準電位との間にあり、第1のダイオード及び第1のクランピングダイオードを有し、前記第1のダイオードが逆バイアスをかけられるように前記第1のダイオード及び前記第1のクランピングダイオードの接点に第1の直流電圧が結合される第1の信号経路と、
前記伝送ラインと前記第1の基準電位との間にあり、第2のダイオード及び第2のクランピングダイオードを有し、前記第2のダイオードが逆バイアスをかけられるように前記第2のダイオード及び前記第2のクランピングダイオードの接点に第2の直流電圧が結合される第2の信号経路と
を有し、
前記第1の信号経路及び前記第2の信号経路は、抵抗と並列に接続される、
装置。 - 前記第1のダイオード及び前記第1のクランピングダイオードの前記接点は、前記第1のダイオードのカソード及び前記第1のクランピングダイオードのカソードへ結合される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第2のダイオード及び前記第2のクランピングダイオードの前記接点は、前記第2のダイオードのカソード及び前記第2のクランピングダイオードのカソードへ結合される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1のダイオードのアノードは前記伝送ラインへ結合され、前記第1のクランピングダイオードのアノードは基準電位源へ結合される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第2のダイオードのアノードは基準電位源へ結合され、前記第2のクランピングダイオードのアノードは前記伝送ラインへ結合される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1のクランピングダイオード及び前記第2のクランピングダイオードはツェナーダイオードである、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1のクランピングダイオード及び前記第2のクランピングダイオードはアバランシェダイオードである、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1のクランピングダイオード及び前記第2のクランピングダイオードは過渡電圧抑止ダイオードである。請求項1記載の装置。
