Description
Claims (4)
- 所定の金属を母材とし、前記母材の前記金属とは異なる金属の金属酸化膜を皮膜とする陽極箔と、陰極箔とを巻回してコンデンサ素子を形成する工程と、
前記コンデンサ素子を化成槽に貯留された所定の薬液に浸漬した状態で、前記陽極箔に電気的に接続された陽極リード線に正の電圧を印加し、前記陰極箔に電気的に接続された陰極リード線に負の電圧を印加することにより、前記金属の表面が露出した前記陽極箔の端面に前記金属の金属酸化膜を形成する工程と
を備えた、電解コンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記母材の前記金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であり、
前記皮膜は、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブおよび酸化タンタルのうちのいずれかの皮膜である、請求項1記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。 - 第1金属を母材とし、前記第1金属の金属酸化膜を皮膜とする陽極箔と、前記第1金属とは異なる第2金属を母材とする陰極箔とを巻回してコンデンサ素子を形成する工程と、
前記コンデンサ素子を化成槽に貯留された所定の薬液に浸漬した状態で、前記陽極箔に電気的に接続された陽極リード線に正の電圧を印加し、前記陰極箔に電気的に接続された陰極リード線に負の電圧を印加することにより、前記第1金属の表面が露出した前記陽極箔の端面に前記第1金属の第1金属酸化膜を形成する工程と
を備えた、電解コンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記第1金属は、チタン、ニオブおよびタンタルのいずれかの金属である、請求項3記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
