Claims (5)
- 非磁性体により形成され、互いに対向した状態で対向方向に対して直交する方向に延伸されると共に、対向方向に移動してワークを把持する一対のハンド部と、
前記ハンド部の内部に設けられた磁石と、
磁性体により形成されると共に、前記磁石に当接された状態で前記ハンド部の内部に設けられ、前記ハンド部の先端部のみにおいて露出かつ突出されて前記ワークを吸着する吸着部を有したヨークと、
を備えたロボットハンド。 - 前記吸着部が一対設けられた請求項1に記載のロボットハンド。
- 前記吸着部が一対の前記ハンド部にそれぞれ設けられた請求項2記載のロボットハンド。
- 一対の前記ハンド部の間に設けられ、前記ワークに向けて光を照射すると共に前記ワークによって反射された反射光を受光することで前記ワークの有無を検出する検出部を備えた請求項3に記載のロボットハンド。
- 前記ハンド部に平面状に設けられると共に、前記ワークを把持する第1把持部と、
前記ハンド部に凹状に設けられると共に、前記ワークを把持する第2把持部と、
を備えた請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項に記載のロボットハンド。
