Description
リチウムイオン二次電池に用いられたリン複合材料の製造方法は、重量比が1:4であるポリアクリロニトリル(PAN,Aldrich会社の製品)と赤リンを混合させて混合物を形成するステップ(a1)と、窒素ガス雰囲気で、前記ステップ(a1)で得られる混合物を70℃まで昇温して、6時間乾燥させるステップ(b1)と、前記ステップ(b1)で得られる混合物を、密閉反応室において、前記密閉反応室に窒素ガスを導入し、且つ前記混合物を500℃まで加熱して、12時間保持して熱処理するステップ(c1)と、前記混合物における赤リンを気化した後、前記混合物を前記密閉反応室において、徐々に室温まで冷却するステップ(d1)と、を含む。
リチウムイオン二次電池に用いられたリン複合材料の製造方法は、重量比が1:2であるポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC,Aldrich会社の製品)と赤リンを混合させて混合物を形成するステップ(a2)と、アルゴン雰囲気で、前記ステップ(a2)で得られる混合物を80℃まで昇温して、6時間乾燥するステップ(b2)と、前記ステップ(b2)で得られる混合物を、密閉反応室において、前記密閉反応室にアルゴン気体を導入し、且つ前記混合物を450℃まで加熱して、3時間保持して熱処理するステップ(c2)と、前記混合物における赤リンを気化した後、前記混合物を前記密閉反応室において、徐々に室温まで冷却するステップ(d2)と、を含む。
リチウムイオン二次電池に用いられたリン複合材料の製造方法は、重量比が1:1である活性炭と赤リンを混合させて混合物を形成するステップ(a3)と、窒素ガス雰囲気で、前記ステップ(a3)で得られる混合物を100℃まで昇温して、6時間乾燥するステップ(b3)と、前記ステップ(b3)で得られる混合物を、密閉反応室において、前記密閉反応室に窒素ガスを導入し、且つ前記混合物を470℃まで加熱して、6時間保持して熱処理するステップ(c3)と、前記混合物における赤リンを気化した後、前記混合物を前記密閉反応室において、徐々に室温まで冷却するステップ(d3)と、を含む。
リチウムイオン二次電池に用いられたリン複合材料の製造方法は、重量比が1:1である導電黒鉛と赤リンを混合させて混合物を形成するステップ(a4)と、アルゴン雰囲気で、前記ステップ(a4)で得られる混合物を100℃まで昇温して、6時間乾燥するステップ(b4)と、前記ステップ(b4)で得られる混合物を、密閉反応室において、前記密閉反応室にアルゴン気体を充填し、且つ前記混合物を600℃まで加熱して、6時間まで保持して熱処理するステップ(c4)と、前記混合物における赤リンを気化した後、前記混合物を前記密閉反応室において、徐々に室温まで冷却するステップ(d4)と、を含む。
Claims (3)
- 導電基体と赤リンからなる可逆的にリチウムイオンを吸蔵するためのリン複合材料であって、
前記導電基体は、導電性炭及び/又は導電性ポリマーからなり、
前記導電性炭は、活性炭、アセチレン・ブラック、導電性黒鉛又は導電性無定形炭の一種又は数種からなり、
前記導電性ポリマーは、赤リンの触媒作用で、有機ポリマーが脱水反応、脱ハロゲン化水素反応又は脱アミン反応することによって形成したものであり、
前記有機ポリマーは、ポリプロピレン、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン・オキシド、ポリビニル・アルコール(PVA)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、1,2―ビス塩化ビニル樹脂、1,2―ビス塩化エチレン樹脂、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、フェノール樹脂の一種又は数種からなり、
前記リン複合材料における前記赤リンの重量パーセンテージは15%〜90%であり、
前記リン複合材料における前記導電基体の重量パーセンテージは10%〜85%であることを特徴とする電気化学的に可逆的なリチウムイオンを吸蔵するためのリン複合材料。 - 重量比が1:10〜5:1である導電性炭及び/又は有機ポリマーからなる原料と赤リンを混合させて混合物を形成する第一ステップと、
不活性雰囲気又は真空条件で、前記混合物を50℃〜120℃の範囲内の温度に昇温して乾燥させる第二ステップと、
不活性雰囲気で、前記乾燥した混合物を250℃〜600℃の範囲内の温度に加熱して熱処理する第三ステップと、
前記混合物における赤リンを気化した後、徐々に室温まで冷却する第四ステップと、を含み、
前記導電性炭は、活性炭、アセチレン・ブラック、導電性黒鉛又は導電性無定形炭の一種又は数種からなり、

前記負極の活性材料は、請求項1に記載のリン複合材料を含むことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。
