実施例1において、含フッ素エラストマーAの代わりに、下記共重合組成を有する含フッ素エラストマーB
が同量用いられ、また前記架橋剤〔II〕としての2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-オクタフルオロヘキサンジアミドキシム1重量部がさらに用いられた。
実施例1において、球状シリカ量が20重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、含フッ素エラストマーAの代わりに同量の含フッ素エラストマーB(実施例2記載)が、また2,2-ビス(3-アミノ-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンの代わりに、前記架橋剤〔III〕としてのパーフルオロアジピン酸ビスアミドラゾン1重量部がそれぞれ用いられた。
実施例1において、2,2-ビス(3-アミノ-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンの代わりに、前記架橋剤〔IV〕としての2,2-ビス(4-カルボキシフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンビスアミドラゾンが同量用いられた。
実施例1において、球状シリカの代りに乾式シリカ(デグザ製品AEROSIL R972;粒径16nm)が20重量部用いられた。
実施例1において、球状シリカの代りに乾式シリカ(デグザ製品AEROSIL 200V;粒径12nm)が20重量部用いられた。
実施例1において、球状シリカの代りに乾式シリカ(AEROSIL 200V)が同量用いられた。

Claims (5)
- (A)(a)テトラフルオロエチレン、(b)パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)またはパーフルオロ(アルコキシアルキルビニルエーテル)および(c)シアノ基含有パーフルオロビニルエーテルを含有する共重合体からなる含フッ素エラストマー100重量部に対して、(B)架橋剤0.1〜10重量部および(C)金属けい素粉末を焼成させることによって生成する蒸気状のけい素酸化物を冷却して得られた、レーザ回折式粒度分布計で測定した粒径が0.3〜2μmの高純度アモルファスシリカ粒子である球状シリカ25〜50重量部を含有してなる含フッ素エラストマー組成物。
- シール材の成形材料として用いられる請求項1記載の含フッ素エラストマー組成物。
- 請求項3記載の含フッ素エラストマー組成物を加硫成形して得られたシール材。
- 半導体製造装置用シールとして用いられる請求項4記載のシール材。
