Claims (7)
- 複数相を有するモータに内蔵された電機子巻線に印加する電圧を切り替えるための複数のスイッチング素子を有するインバータ回路部と、
前記モータの各相の誘起電圧をアナログ信号により検出し、さらに該検出結果をデジタル信号に変換する電圧検出回路部と、
前記電圧検出回路部により検出された非通電相の誘起電圧情報に基づき、前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周期のオン時間である通電率を調整することにより前記モータの可変速制御を実行するPWM制御回路部と、
前記PWM制御回路部における前記モータの可変速制御のチョッピングパターンを切り替えるか否かを判定する切替判定部と、を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、直列に接続された上下アームを構成し、
前記切替判定部は、前記PWM制御回路部により決定された通電率が、前記電圧検出回路部において検出された誘起電圧をデジタル信号に変換するために必要な読み込み時間に相当する通電率を下回る場合に、チョッピングパターンを切り替えるべき判定結果を前記PWM制御回路部に出力し、
前記PWM制御回路部は、前記チョッピングパターンを切り替えるべき判定結果を受けて、前記PWM制御回路部により決定された通電率と前記読み込み時間に相当する通電率の差分に相当するオン時間を、上アーム側スイッチング素子の1デューティサイクル内のオン時間に加算して出力し、かつ当該上アーム側スイッチング素子のオン時間の加算分に応じて下アーム側スイッチング素子の1デューティサイクル内のオフ時間を出力し、
前記PWM制御回路部は、前記切替判定部により変更された通電率における前記スイッチング素子のオン期間に、前記電圧検出回路部からの検出結果を読み込むモータ制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のモータ制御装置であって、
前記モータは、車両の変速機に油圧を供給するオイルポンプを駆動して車両駆動用モータと該変速機と機械的に結合するためのモータであるモータ制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のモータ制御装置であって、
前記モータの回転数が該モータの停止状態を含む所定の低回転数以下であるとき、前記モータの回転子位置に対し、無関係に通電相を切り替える同期運転により該モータを制御し、
前記モータの回転数が所定の低回転数より大きいとき、前記PWM制御回路部によって該モータを制御するモータ制御装置。 - エンジンと車両駆動用モータとの協調により車両を駆動し、かつ車両駆動用モータと変速機との連結を行うためのオイルポンプ用モータを有するハイブリッド車両に用いられる電力変換装置であって、
前記オイルポンプ用モータに内蔵された電機子巻線に印加する電圧を切り替えるための複数のスイッチング素子を有するインバータ回路部と、
前記オイルポンプ用モータの各相の誘起電圧をアナログ信号により検出し、さらに該検出結果をデジタル信号に変換する電圧検出回路部と、
前記電圧検出回路部により検出された非通電相の誘起電圧情報に基づき、前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周期のオン時間である通電率を調整することにより前記オイルポンプ用モータの可変速制御を実行するPWM制御回路部と、
前記PWM制御回路部における前記モータの可変速制御のチョッピングパターンを切り替えるか否かを判定する切替判定部と、を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、直列に接続された上下アームを構成し、
前記切替判定部は、前記PWM制御回路部により決定された通電率が、前記電圧検出回路部において検出された誘起電圧をデジタル信号に変換するために必要な読み込み時間に相当する通電率を下回る場合に、チョッピングパターンを切り替えるべき判定結果を前記PWM制御回路部に出力し、
前記PWM制御回路部は、前記チョッピングパターンを切り替えるべき判定結果を受けて、前記PWM制御回路部により決定された通電率と前記読み込み時間に相当する通電率の差分に相当するオン時間を、上アーム側スイッチング素子の1デューティサイクル内のオン時間に加算して出力し、かつ当該上アーム側スイッチング素子のオン時間の加算分に応じて下アーム側スイッチング素子の1デューティサイクル内のオフ時間を出力し、
前記PWM制御回路部は、前記切替判定部により変更された通電率における前記スイッチング素子のオン期間に、前記電圧検出回路部からの検出結果を読み込む電力変換装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記オイルポンプ用モータの回転数が該モータの停止状態を含む所定の低回転数以下であるとき、前記モータの回転子位置に対し、無関係に通電相を切り替える同期運転により該オイルポンプ用モータを制御し、
前記オイルポンプ用モータの回転数が所定の低回転数より大きいとき、前記PWM制御回路部によって前記オイルポンプ用モータを制御する電力変換装置。 - エンジンと車両駆動用モータとの協調により車両を駆動し、かつ車両駆動用モータと変速機との連結を行うためのオイルポンプ用モータを有するハイブリッド車両であって、
前記オイルポンプ用モータに内蔵された電機子巻線に印加する電圧を切り替えるための複数のスイッチング素子を有するインバータ回路部と、
前記オイルポンプ用モータの各相の誘起電圧をアナログ信号により検出し、さらに該検出結果をデジタル信号に変換する電圧検出回路部と、
前記電圧検出回路部により検出された非通電相の誘起電圧情報に基づき、前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周期のオン時間である通電率を調整することにより前記オイルポンプ用モータの可変速制御を実行するPWM制御回路部と、
前記PWM制御回路部における前記モータの可変速制御のチョッピングパターンを切り替えるか否かを判定する切替判定部と、を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、直列に接続された上下アームを構成し、
前記切替判定部は、前記PWM制御回路部により決定された通電率が、前記電圧検出回路部において検出された誘起電圧をデジタル信号に変換するために必要な読み込み時間に相当する通電率を下回る場合に、チョッピングパターンを切り替えるべき判定結果を前記PWM制御回路部に出力し、
前記PWM制御回路部は、前記チョッピングパターンを切り替えるべき判定結果を受けて、前記PWM制御回路部により決定された通電率と前記読み込み時間に相当する通電率の差分に相当するオン時間を、上アーム側スイッチング素子の1デューティサイクル内のオン時間に加算して出力し、かつ当該上アーム側スイッチング素子のオン時間の加算分に応じて下アーム側スイッチング素子の1デューティサイクル内のオフ時間を出力し、
前記PWM制御回路部は、前記切替判定部により変更された通電率における前記スイッチング素子のオン期間に、前記電圧検出回路部からの検出結果を読み込むハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両であって、
前記オイルポンプ用モータの回転数が該モータの停止状態を含む所定の低回転数以下であるとき、前記モータの回転子位置に対し、無関係に通電相を切り替える同期運転により該オイルポンプ用モータを制御し、
前記オイルポンプ用モータの回転数が所定の低回転数より大きいとき、前記PWM制御回路部によって前記オイルポンプ用モータを制御するハイブリッド車両。
