Description
以下、実験例No.4に使用された組成を参照して、本発明に係るポリアミド成型化合物の生産を説明する:
・130リットルの圧力釜の受入フラスコに、19.24 kgの脱イオン水を入れてから、39.81 kgのオクタデカン二酸、30.31 kgのMACM、0.10 kgの安息香酸、および15.5gのH3PO2は加えられる。
・不活性化を10回した後に、230℃まで加熱され、得られた均質の溶液はふるいを通して反応容器にポンプされる。
・バッチは攪拌されながら295℃まで加熱され、そこで20バールの圧力をかけて4時間保持される。その後、圧力は1.5時間以内に大気圧まで解除され、続いて40分間の脱ガスは行われる。
・ 1ミリ間隔におけるドット
・ 整センチ単位に隔てるライン
・ 5センチ毎の長さデータ

Claims (6)
- a)17〜21個炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸とビス(3−メチル4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン(MACM)との重縮合により形成されたポリアミド及びその混合物、
b)17〜21個炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸と高々50%モル割合でパラービス(アミノシクロヘキシル)メタンに置換されたビス(3−メチル4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン(MACM)との重縮合により形成されたポリアミド及びその混合物、
c)17〜21個炭素原子を有し、高々50%モル割合でイソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸及び/又はそれらの混合物から選択される芳香族ジカルボン酸に置換された脂肪族ジカルボン酸とビス(3−メチル4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン(MACM)との重縮合により形成されたポリアミド及びその混合物、又は、
d)17〜21個炭素原子を有し、高々50%モル割合でイソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸及び/又はそれらの混合物から選択される芳香族ジカルボン酸に置換された脂肪族ジカルボン酸と高々50%モル割合でパラービス(アミノシクロヘキシル)メタンに置換されたビス(3−メチル4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン(MACM)との重縮合により形成されたポリアミド及びその混合物と、添加物と、及び/又は着色剤とを含み、
架橋結合添加物及び光互変性着色剤がそれぞれ前記添加物及び前記着色剤から排除され、
前記重縮合の反応を加速するための触媒として、含リン酸、含リン酸の塩類又はその有機誘導体を含み、該触媒は触媒反応と同時に還元されて退色することを特徴とする透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物。 - 密度が1.00 g/cm3未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物。
- 前記透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物は添加物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物。
- 前記添加物は、充填剤、熱安定剤、紫外線安定剤、軟化剤、防炎剤、顔料、着色剤、衝撃改良剤及び/又は末端基調節化合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物。
- あらゆる種類の補正レンズ、非補正レンズ又はサングラスレンズ、メガネフレームの耳当て部、メガネフレーム、安全ガラス、バイザー、防護ヘルメット又は目保護用品、拡大鏡、レンズシステム、顕微鏡、カメラ、モバイルフォン用のディスプレイ、カメラレンズ、計測器、時計又は任意種類の一体化されたディスプレイを有する又は有しないポータブルフォン又は機械及びCD、DVD用の観察ガラス又はハウジング、LED用のレンズ、光導波伝送路、光結合器、光増幅器、光分配器、ランプ及びレーザ器具用のディスク、フィルム又は容器の様な透明成型製品を生産するための、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物の使用。
- 塩水の様に淡水に浮くことができ、沈まない物体を生産するための請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の透明無定形のポリアミド成型化合物の使用。
