Description
(1)ポリカーボネート系樹脂とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂とカーボンブラックの合計を100質量%としたときに、ポリカーボネート系樹脂35〜82質量%とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂15〜49質量%とカーボンブラック3〜30質量%とを含む基材層と、その片側または両側に押出、共押出、又は押出コーティングにより積層した、ポリカーボネート系樹脂とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂とカーボンブラックの合計を100質量%としたときに、ポリカーボネート系樹脂32〜81%とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂10〜48質量%とカーボンブラック5〜35質量%とを含む表面層を有し、引張弾性率が2223MPa以上であり、降伏点強度が57.0MPa以上であり、かつ抜きバリ発生率が3%以下であること特徴とする導電性シート。
(2)ポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂が、ポリブチレンテレフタレートである前記(1)に記載の導電性シート。
(3)JIS−K−6734(2000)における引張破断伸度が10〜150%である前記(1)又は(2)に記載の導電性シート。
(4)表面層の表面固有抵抗値が102〜1010Ωである前記(1)乃至(3)のいずれか一項に記載の導電性シート。
(5)マルチマニホールドダイ又はフィードブロックを用いた共押出法により製造した前記(1)乃至(4)のいずれか一項に記載の導電性シート。
(6)前記(1)乃至(5)のいずれか一項に記載の導電性シートを用いたキャリアテープ。

ポリカーボネート樹脂(パンライトL−1225、帝人化成社製)とポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(ノバデュラン5010R8M、三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製)とケッチェンブラックEC(ライオンAKZO社製)または、アセチレンブラック(デンカブラック粒状、電気化学工業社製)を表1及び表2に示す配合に従い、二軸押出機(PCM−40、池貝鉄鋼所社製)により溶融混練し、樹脂ペレットを得た。更に、基材層用の65mm単軸押出機1台と、表面層用の40mm単軸押出機2台を要した多層シート製膜装置を用い、65mm押出機で基材層の樹脂組成物を溶融混練し、また40mm単軸押出機で表面層の樹脂組成物を溶融混練し、マルチマニホールドダイ内で合流させて3層シートを作製した。得られたシートの厚さは200μmであり、表面層の比率は両側で20%(片側で10%)であった。
実施例に用いたポリカーボネート樹脂とポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂の他に、ABS樹脂(SE−10、電気化学工業社製)、ABS樹脂(サンタックET−70、日本エイアンドエル社製)、HIPS樹脂(H700、東洋スチレン社製)、HIPS樹脂(HT516、A&Mスチレン社製)、SBR(タフプレン125、旭化成工業社製)を表3に示す配合とした以外は実施例1〜13と同様の操作を行い、3層シートを作製した。
各実施例および比較例で作製したシートの各種物性を、下記の方法で評価し、その結果を表1、表2及び表3に示した。
(降伏点強度、破断点強度、引張弾性率、破断伸度)
JIS−K−7127(1999)に準拠して、4号試験片(MD方向)を使用し、インストロン型引張試験機により50mm/minの引張速度で引張試験を行った。
(デュポン衝撃強度)
東洋精機社製デュポン式衝撃試験機にて1/2インチ半球状撃芯、荷重500gおよび1kgを用いて、環境温度23℃において測定した。結果はJIS−K−7211の50%衝撃破壊エネルギー値(単位:J)で表示した。
(成形温度評価)
真空ロータリー式エンボスキャリアテープ成形機(CTF−200、CKD社製)にて各種シートを成形した。この時サーモラベルを用いてポケット成形が可能なシート表面温度を測定した。
(打ち抜き性評価)
真空ロータリー式エンボスキャリアテープ成形機(CTF−200、CKD社製)にて成形したエンボスキャリアテープの個々の送り穴とセンターホールを光学顕微鏡(Mitsutoyo社製)にて拡大撮影し、その写真を画像処理してバリ、ヒゲの発生頻度を数値化した。数値化の方法は、撮影した写真を画像編集ソフトで2値化し、打ち抜き穴部のピクセル数をカウントする。バリ、ヒゲが全く発生していない真円のピクセル数と、各サンプルの打ち抜き穴部のピクセル数との比率計算から、バリ、ヒゲが打ち抜き穴を覆っている割合を計算し、発生頻度とした。
(スリット性評価)
真空ロータリー式エンボスキャリアテープ成形機(CTF−200、CKD社製)のリング状組み合わせ刃でスリットを行い、スリット端面を顕微鏡にて拡大観察し、バリ、ヒゲの有無を比較した。バリ、ヒゲがほとんどない状態を優、0.5mm長未満の発生があるものを良、0.5mm長以上の発生があるものを不可とした。
(成形体の表面抵抗値)
真空ロータリー式エンボスキャリアテープ成形機(CTF−200、CKD社製)にて各種シートを成形した。表面抵抗計(三菱油化社製)を用いて、電極間を10mmとし、成形品の底面部の表面抵抗値を測定した。

Claims (6)
- ポリカーボネート系樹脂とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂とカーボンブラックの合計を100質量%としたときに、ポリカーボネート系樹脂35〜82質量%とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂15〜49質量%とカーボンブラック3〜30質量%とを含む基材層と、その片側または両側に押出、共押出、又は押出コーティングにより積層した、ポリカーボネート系樹脂とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂とカーボンブラックの合計を100質量%としたときに、ポリカーボネート系樹脂32〜81%とポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂10〜48質量%とカーボンブラック5〜35質量%とを含む表面層を有し、引張弾性率が2223MPa以上であり、降伏点強度が57.0MPa以上であり、かつ抜きバリ発生率が3%以下であること特徴とする導電性シート。
- ポリアルキレンテレフタレート系樹脂が、ポリブチレンテレフタレートである請求項1に記載の導電性シート。
- JIS−K−6734(2000)における引張破断伸度が10〜150%である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の導電性シート。
- 表面層の表面固有抵抗値が102〜1010Ωである請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- マルチマニホールドダイ又はフィードブロックを用いた共押出法により製造した請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性シート。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性シートを用いたキャリアテープ。
