Description
Claims (3)
- 光ファイバを切断する光ファイバカッタにおいて、
前記光ファイバを位置決めするファイバガイド部を有するカッタ本体と、
前記カッタ本体にスライド可能に取り付けられたスライダと、
前記スライダに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記光ファイバに傷を付ける丸刃部材と、
前記丸刃部材を回転させる丸刃回転手段とを備え、
前記丸刃回転手段は、前記丸刃部材と一体に回転する回転部材と、前記カッタ本体に固定され、前記回転部材と係合する係合部が設けられた突起と、前記突起に弾性体を介して取り付けられ、前記スライダと係合する係合部材とを有し、
前記カッタ本体には、前記係合部材の位置を保持する少なくとも3つの位置保持部が設けられており、
前記丸刃回転手段は、前記スライダを前記カッタ本体に対して一方向にスライドさせた時の前記スライダの位置に応じた前記係合部材の保持位置に連動して、前記丸刃部材の回転角度を0度を含む少なくとも3段階に切り換えるように構成されていることを特徴とする光ファイバカッタ。 - 前記丸刃回転手段により前記丸刃部材を回転させた後に、前記丸刃部材を前記スライダに対して上昇させる丸刃上昇手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ファイバカッタ。
- 前記丸刃上昇手段は、前記スライダに上下動可能に取り付けられ、前記丸刃部材が装着された丸刃取付部材と、前記カッタ本体に固定され、前記一方向に向かって上がるような傾斜面を有する傾斜台と、前記丸刃取付部材に設けられ、前記傾斜面と係合する係合ピンとを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の光ファイバカッタ。
