Claims (13)
- 一種以上の異元素を含む溶融金属の精製方法であって、前記溶融金属を共融温度に冷却し、精製された金属結晶および少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶を同時に形成し、固体−固体分離技術を使用し、前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶の少なくとも一部を、前記精製された金属結晶から分離し、その際、前記精製された金属結晶および前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶が連続的に形成され且つ分離され、前記固体−固体分離技術を使用する前に、前記精製された金属結晶および前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶の少なくとも一部を、前記溶融金属の実質的な総量から実質的に同時に分離する、方法。
- 前記固体−固体分離技術が、前記精製された金属結晶および前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶を複数の画分に分離することにより行われ、その際、前記画分の一つにおける前記精製された金属結晶の濃度と前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶の濃度との比が、前記溶融金属中における前記比よりも高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶の少なくとも一部が、前記精製された金属結晶を含む溶融金属の実質的な総量から分離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固体−固体分離が、遠心力を使用して行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記固体−固体分離が、電磁界を使用して行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記固体−固体分離が、浮選技術を使用して行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 続いて固体−液体分離工程を行うことをさらに含んでなる、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 塩の層を、前記精製された金属結晶と前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶の両方を含む前記溶融金属の層と接触させ、前記少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶の少なくとも一部を前記塩の層の中に搬送する手段を使用し、前記精製された金属結晶の少なくとも一部を前記溶融金属から分離する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属がアルミニウムである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記異元素が、鉄、ケイ素、銅、マンガンおよびマグネシウムの一種以上を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記一種以上の異元素を含む溶融金属を、分別結晶工程および固体−液体分離技術にかけてから、残留する前記溶融金属を共融温度に冷却し、精製された金属結晶および少なくとも一種の異元素を含む結晶を同時に形成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体−固体分離工程の後に残留する一種以上の異元素を含む溶融金属を、分別結晶工程および固体−液体分離技術に付する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体−液体分離技術の後に残留する前記一種以上の異元素を含む溶融金属が、請求項1に記載の方法にかけられる、請求項12に記載の方法。
