Description
Claims (5)
- 動力源(100)の回転駆動力を任意の変速比によって駆動輪へ伝達する変速機(1)と、前記回転駆動力の伝達を断接するクラッチ(TCL)とを有する車両の変速制御装置(120)において、
前記変速機(1)および前記クラッチ(TCL)を駆動制御する変速制御部(120)と、
前記車両の走行状態に基づいて、所定の変速禁止条件が成立したことを検知する変速禁止状態検知部(150)とを具備し、
前記変速機(1)は、前記回転駆動力を伝達中の変速比を維持した状態において、前記クラッチ(TCL)を駆動制御するのみで他の変速比を選択可能な状態とする予備変速が実行できるように構成されており、
前記変速制御部(120)は、前記変速禁止条件が成立すると、前記回転駆動力を伝達中の変速比の変更を禁止すると共に、前記車両の状態に応じて前記予備変速を実行し、
前記変速機(1)は、主軸(13)とカウンタ軸(9)との間に配設されている複数のギヤ対から、変速機構(20)によって選択された1つのギヤ対によって前記回転駆動力の伝達を行う有段変速機であり、
前記主軸(13)は、外主軸(6)と、該外主軸(6)に回転自在に軸支された内主軸(7)とからなり、
前記複数のギヤ対は、前記内主軸(7)に係る奇数段グループと、前記外主軸(6)に係る偶数段グループとからなり、
前記クラッチ(TCL)は、前記内主軸(7)へ回転駆動力を伝達する第1クラッチ(CL1)と、前記外主軸(6)へ回転駆動力を伝達する第2クラッチ(CL2)とからなるツインクラッチであり、
前記変速制御部(120)は、前記変速禁止条件が成立すると、前記奇数段グループまたは偶数段グループのうち、前記回転駆動力の伝達を行っているギヤ対を含む一方側のグループの変速位置を維持した状態において、前記変速機構(20)によって他方側のグループの変速位置を変更することで前記予備変速を実行し、
前記所定の変速禁止条件は、乗員のブレーキ操作によって減速が開始されて車輪のスリップ率が所定値を上回ることで成立し、
前記所定の変速禁止条件の成立に伴って、前記車輪のロックを防止するためのABS制御ユニット(170)が作動するように構成されており、
前記予備変速は、前記変速禁止条件の成立後、前記車両の車速が前記変速禁止条件の成立時より低い所定値(V3)に到達すると実行されることを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速機構(20)は、前記複数のギヤ対に係合されたシフトフォーク(71,72,81,82)を駆動するシフトドラム(73,74)を含み、
前記シフトドラム(73,74)は、前記奇数段グループから1つのギヤ対を選択するための第1シフトドラム(73)と、前記偶数段グループから1つのギヤ対を選択するための第2シフトドラム(74)とから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部(120)は、前記変速禁止条件の成立中に前記車両の車速が所定値以下になると、前記一方側または他方側のグループの変速位置を、少なくとも1段階下の変速位置に変更することで前記予備変速を実行することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記車両の前輪の回転速度を検知する前輪回転速度センサ(190)と、前記車両の後輪の回転速度を検知する後輪回転速度センサ(191)とをさらに備え、
前記変速禁止状態検知部(150)は、前記前輪回転速度センサ(190)および前記後輪回転速度センサ(191)の検出値に基づいて算出される、前後輪のスリップ率、前後輪の回転速度差、前後輪の減速度のうちの少なくとも1つが所定値に達することで、前記変速禁止条件が成立したと判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部(120)は、前記変速禁止条件が解除されてから所定時間(T1)が経過すると、前記クラッチ(TCL)を駆動制御して、前記回転駆動力を伝達する変速比を前記予備変速した他の変速比に変更することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の車両の変速制御装置。
