Claims (7)
- 入力側のメインシャフト(6,7)と出力側のカウンタシャフト(9)との間に複数の歯車列を有する多段変速機(TM)と、
前記多段変速機(TM)の変速段の切り替えを行うシフトアクチュエータ(21)と、
変速機(TM)とエンジン(100)との間の動力伝達を断接すると共に、奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)および偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)からなるツインクラッチ(TCL)と、
前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)を制御するクラッチアクチュエータ(107)と、
クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作量を電気信号に変換してマニュアル操作に対応するマニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)を演算するマニュアル操作クラッチ容量演算部(185)とを有するツインクラッチ制御装置において、
前記シフトアクチュエータ(21)およびクラッチアクチュエータ(107)を制御する制御部(120)を備え、
前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)の制御モードに、少なくとも、前記制御部(120)によって自動制御されるオートモード(Auto)および前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)に応じて手動制御されるマニュアルモード(Manual)が設けられ、
前記多段変速機(TM)の制御モードに、自動変速モード(AT)と手動変速モード(MT)とが設けられており、
前記制御部(120)は、前記自動変速モード(AT)が選択された減速走行中に前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)が操作された場合には、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作に応じてシフトダウン動作を行うように構成されていることを特徴とするツインクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記シフトダウン動作は、奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)および偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)の一方でのみ駆動力伝達が可能なギヤポジションから、クラッチの持ち替え制御に応じて駆動力を伝達する変速ギヤが持ち替えられるギヤポジションに変更する動作であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記制御部(120)は、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作に応じたシフトダウン動作の後で、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)によりクラッチの再接続が行われる際に、
前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)に応じて駆動する奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)および偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)を、前記エンジン(100)が搭載された車両(10)の車速(V)に応じて決定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記車速(V)は、スロットルオフによる減速中のシフトダウン車速として予め変速マップ(M)に規定される所定値(a)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記制御部(120)は、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作に応じたシフトダウン動作の後に、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)によりクラッチの再接続が行われる際に、再接続時に生じるマイナス駆動力が変速前ギヤ段によるエンジンブレーキ相当となるように奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)および偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)を駆動することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記オートモード(Auto)と前記マニュアルモード(Manual)との相互切替を行うクラッチ制御モード切替スイッチ(118)を具備し、
前記制御部(120)は、前記オートモード(Auto)の選択時にクラッチ制御モード切替スイッチ(118)が操作されても、前記奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)または偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)が自動制御による半クラッチ状態にあるときは、前記マニュアルモード(Manual)への切り替えを禁止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかにツインクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)の制御モードに、さらに、前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)に応じて手動制御されると共に、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作をやめると前記オートモード(Auto)に戻るように設定された一時的なマニュアルモード(Temp.Manual)が設けられており、
前記多段変速機(TM)の制御モードに、自動変速モード(AT)と手動変速モード(MT)とが設けられており、
前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)の制御モードをマニュアルモード(Manual)とした場合には、前記多段変速機(TM)の制御モードが手動変速モード(MT)となることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。
