Claims (5)
- 入力側のメインシャフト(6,7)と出力側のカウンタシャフト(9)との間に複数の歯車列を有する多段変速機(TM)と、
前記多段変速機(TM)の変速段の切り替えを行うシフトアクチュエータ(21)と、
変速機(TM)とエンジン(100)との間の動力伝達を断接すると共に、奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)および偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)からなるツインクラッチ(TCL)と、
前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)を制御するクラッチアクチュエータ(107)と、
クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作量を電気信号に変換してマニュアル操作に対応するマニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)を演算するマニュアル操作クラッチ容量演算部(185)とを有するツインクラッチ制御装置において、
前記シフトアクチュエータ(21)およびクラッチアクチュエータ(107)を制御する制御部(120)と、
前記制御部(120)に対して変速要求を行うシフト手動操作手段(P)とを具備し、
前記制御部(120)は、前記シフト手動操作手段(P)による変速要求があったときは、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作量にかかわらず前記シフトアクチュエータ(21)を駆動して変速段を次段ギヤに切り替え、
その後、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作量が所定値を超えることをトリガとして、前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)を前記次段ギヤに対応するクラッチ容量(tqc2)に対応させるように構成されており、
前記制御部(120)は、前記シフト手動操作手段(P)による変速要求に応じて変速段を切り替えた後に、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)が操作されないまま所定条件が成立した場合には、前記シフト手動操作手段(P)による変速要求を誤操作として変速段を元に戻し、
前記所定条件は、前記シフト手動操作手段(P)による変速要求から所定時間(T)が経過したことであることを特徴とするツインクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記制御部(120)は、前記シフト手動操作手段(P)による変速要求があったときは、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作量がゼロであっても前記シフトアクチュエータ(21)を駆動して変速段を次段ギヤに切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)の制御モードに、前記制御部(120)によって自動制御されるオートモード(Auto)と、前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)に応じて手動制御されるマニュアルモード(Manual)と、前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)に応じて手動制御されると共に、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作をやめると前記オートモード(Auto)に戻るように設定された一時的なマニュアルモード(Temp.Manual)とが設けられ、
前記多段変速機(TM)の制御モードに、自動変速モード(AT)と手動変速モード(MT)とが設けられおり、

前記マニュアルモード(Manual)の選択時に、前記エンジン(100)が搭載された車両(10)が走行状態で前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)が操作されると、現在接続されているクラッチを前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)に応じて切断側に駆動し、
次に、シフト手動操作手段(P)によるシフトアップ要求により前記シフトアクチュエータ(21)による次段ギヤへのギヤ送りが実行されて、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)が接続側に駆動されるときは、前記クラッチ手動操作手段(L)の操作方向が切断側から接続側に転じたときに、前記マニュアル操作クラッチ容量(tqcltmt)を次段ギヤに対応する前記奇数段側クラッチ(CL1)または偶数段側クラッチ(CL2)のクラッチ容量(tqc1,tqc2)に連動させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のツインクラッチ制御装置。
