Claims (5)
- クランク軸のトルクを第1主軸に伝達または遮断する第1クラッチと、
前記クランク軸のトルクを第2主軸に伝達または遮断する第2クラッチと、
奇数段の変速ギア段として設定される奇数段変速ギア機構を介して前記第1主軸のトルクが伝達され、かつ偶数段の変速ギア段として設定される偶数段変速ギア機構を介して前記第2主軸のトルクが伝達される出力軸と、
前記奇数段変速ギア機構及び前記偶数段変速ギア機構における各ギアの噛み合いを変更する変速機構と、
車両発進時において、前記変速機構を介して所定の奇数段及び偶数段の変速ギアをそれぞれ設定した状態で両クラッチを制御して高変速ギア段側のクラッチから低変速ギア段側のクラッチに掛け替える変速制御部と、
を備え、
前記変速制御部は、前記車両発進時において、前記両クラッチの合計トルク容量を車両の発進に必要な値にした状態で、低変速ギア段側のクラッチ回転数差に応じて前記低変速ギア段側のクラッチのトルク容量を曲線的に漸次増加させつつ、高変速ギア段側のクラッチのトルク容量を漸次減少させて前記両クラッチを掛け替え、
さらに、前記変速制御部は、前記低変速ギア段側のクラッチの回転数差に応じて両クラッチの熱負荷が均等若しくは略均等になるように前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチのトルク容量を関連付けたマップを用いて、前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチを制御する、
複式クラッチ変速装置。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記車両発進時において、前記低変速ギア段側のクラッチの係合を前記クラッチ回転数差0近傍で行う、
請求項1記載の複式クラッチ変速装置。 - 前記低変速ギア段は1速ギア段であり、前記高変速ギア段は2速ギア段である、
請求項1記載の複式クラッチ変速装置。 - 請求項1記載の複式クラッチ変速装置を備える、
自動二輪車。 - クランク軸から伝達されるトルクを、第1主軸に入力して、変速ギア段の奇数段として設定される奇数段変速ギア機構を介して駆動輪に出力する第1クラッチと、前記クランク軸から伝達されるトルクを第2主軸に入力して、変速ギア段の偶数段として設定される偶数段変速ギア機構を介して前記駆動輪に出力する第2クラッチとを備える複式クラッチ変速装置の発進制御方法であって、
前記奇数段変速ギア機構及び前記偶数段変速ギア機構において所定の奇数段及び偶数段の変速ギアをそれぞれ設定するステップと、
前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチを制御して、両クラッチの合計トルク容量を車両の発進に必要な値にした状態で、低変速ギア段側のクラッチにおける駆動側と被駆動側の回転数差であるクラッチ回転数差に応じて前記低変速ギア段側のクラッチのトルク容量を曲線的に漸次増加させつつ、高変速ギア段側のクラッチのトルク容量を漸次減少させて前記両クラッチを掛け替えて前記トルクの伝達経路を変更するステップと、
を有し、
前記トルクの伝達経路を変更するステップでは、
前記低変速ギア段側のクラッチの回転数差に応じて両クラッチの熱負荷が均等若しくは略均等になるように前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチのトルク容量を関連付けたマップを用いて、前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチを制御する、
発進制御方法。
