Claims (4)
- エンジン(3)のクランク軸(4)と、駆動輪(WR)と、前記クランク軸(4)と前記駆動輪(WR)の間に介装されると共に作動油の加圧および脱圧により接続および切断を行い、戻りバネによって切断する側に付勢される2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)と、前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)のそれぞれに対応するギヤ列とを備え、前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)を持ち替えることでそれぞれに対応するギヤ列を選択してシフトチェンジを行う伝動装置(1)であって、
前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)に供給する油圧の発生源である油圧発生手段(36)と、
前記油圧発生手段(36)と前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)との間に介在して前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)に供給する作動油の作動油圧(P1,P2)を任意の大きさに調整する油圧調整手段(43)と、
前記作動油圧(P1,P2)を供給するために前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)のそれぞれに接続される2つの供給油路(40,41)と、
前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)に供給された作動油圧(P1,P2)を脱圧するために、前記2つの供給油路(40,41)のそれぞれに連結される2つの排圧油路(44,45)と、
前記2つの供給油路(40,41)の一方に作動油を供給しつつ前記2つの排出油路(44,45)の一方から作動油を排出する状態と、前記2つの供給油路(40,41)の他方に作動油を供給しつつ前記2つの排出油路(44,45)の他方から作動油を排出する状態とを切り替える油路切替手段(42)と、
前記油圧調整手段(43)および前記油路切替手段(42)を制御する制御手段(24)とを有する伝動装置において、
前記2つの排出油路(44,45)の下流側に設けられて前記作動油圧(P1,P2)の排出のしやすさを変更する排出抵抗変更手段(46)と、
前記作動油の油温を計測する油温計測手段(32)とを備え、
前記2つの油圧クラッチ(CL1,CL2)の内、前記シフトチェンジとしての高速段側から低速段側に切り換えるシフトダウン後に接続状態となる接続側クラッチは、切断状態から接続状態に切り替わるまでの移行期間(S)の間に、クラッチ板に摩擦力が生じない無効詰め区間(S1)と、該無効詰め区間(S1)の後であってクラッチ板に摩擦力が生じる半クラッチ区間が生じるように構成されており、
前記シフトダウン後に切断状態となる切断側クラッチは、接続状態から切断状態に切り替わるまでの間に半クラッチ区間が生じるように構成されており、
前記制御手段(24)は、シフトダウンの際に、前記接続側クラッチの無効詰め区間(S1)が終了した後の半クラッチ区間である時に、シフトダウン後に切断状態となる切断側クラッチが半クラッチ区間を終えて摩擦力を生じない状態となるように、前記油温計測手段(32)の計測値に応じて前記排出抵抗変更手段(46)を制御し、
前記排出抵抗変更手段(46)は、前記移行区間(S)の開始から所定タイミング(t4)までの区間である前段階(D1)では前記作動油圧(P1,P2)を排出しにくくし、かつ前記前段階(D1)が終了してから前記移行区間(S)が終了するまでの区間である後段階(D2)では前記作動油圧(P1,P2)を排出しやすくし、
前記排出抵抗変更手段(46)は、前記排出抵抗を2段階に切り替え可能に構成されており、
前記制御手段(24)は、前記前段階(D1)で排出抵抗を大きい状態にすると共に、前記後段階(D2)で排出抵抗を小さい状態に切り替えることを特徴とする伝動装置。 - 前記排出抵抗変更手段(46)は、前記前段階(D1)でのみ駆動されて前記排出抵抗を大きくするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動装置。
- 前記排出抵抗変更手段(46)が、前記2つの排出油路(44,45)が1つの集合排出油路(57)に合流する合流部(56)の下流に配置されていると共に、第1の開放孔(54)および第2の開放孔(51)と、前記第2の開放孔(51)を開閉可能とする弁機構(52)と、前記弁機構(52)を開状態に保持する付勢手段(53)と、前記制御手段(24)から閉じ指令があった際に前記弁機構(52)を閉じ方向に動かすアクチュエータ(58)とからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動装置。
- 前記制御手段(24)は、前記作動油の油温(T)が所定範囲内(T0〜T1)にあるときは、前記油温(T)の低下に伴って前記前段階(D1)を短くすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の伝動装置。
