Abstract
【解決手段】実回転差吸収トルク算出手段150は、変速中におけるエンジン回転数の変化率ΔNeを実回転差吸収トルク−ΔNeテーブル160に適用して、変速中の実回転差吸収トルク平均値を算出する。エンジントルク算出手段180は、スロットル開度およびエンジン回転数をエンジントルク推定値マップ190に適用して、変速中のエンジントルクを導出する。実回転差吸収トルク平均値と変速中のエンジントルクの平均値との和から実クラッチ容量を求める。μ補正係数算出手段130は、実クラッチ容量と要求クラッチ容量との比からμ補正係数を算出する。変速制御部100は、μ補正係数に基づいて算出された制御補正量を適用して、第1クラッチCL1および第2クラッチCLを駆動制御する。

Claims (9)
- 車両のエンジンから有段式の変速機に伝達される回転駆動力を断接するクラッチのクラッチ制御装置において、
前記クラッチの制御量を制御するクラッチ制御手段と、
前記エンジンの回転数を検知するエンジン回転数検知手段と、
前記変速機の変速状態を検知する変速状態検知手段と、
前記変速機の変速中におけるエンジン回転数の変化率を検知する変速中ΔNe算出手段と、
前記エンジン回転数の変化率を適用することで前記変速中の回転変化に使用される実回転差吸収トルクを算出する実回転差吸収トルク算出手段と、
少なくともスロットル開度およびエンジン回転数を適用することで、前記エンジンが発生するエンジントルクを算出するエンジントルク算出手段と、
前記クラッチの摩擦係数の補正係数を算出するμ補正係数算出手段とを具備し、
前記μ補正係数算出手段は、変速中の実回転差吸収トルクの平均値と、前記変速中に算出されるエンジントルクの平均値との和から実クラッチ容量を算出し、さらに、前記実クラッチ容量と車両状態から算出される要求クラッチ容量との比に基づいてμ補正係数を算出し、
前記クラッチ制御手段に対して、前記μ補正係数に基づいて前記クラッチを制御することを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記要求クラッチ容量は、予め定められた値から算出される変速中の要求回転差吸収トルクの平均値と、前記変速中のエンジントルクの平均値との和であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記エンジン回転数の変化率の算出およびエンジントルクの平均値の算出のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記変速状態検知手段によって、前記変速機に変速信号が発せられ、該変速機の変速比が変化中であると判断された状態でのサンプリング期間において実行されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記サンプリング期間が所定期間より短い場合は、前記μ補正係数の算出を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記変速中に計測される変速比の変化率が所定値より小さい場合は、前記μ補正係数の算出を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記変速中に計測される前記スロットル開度が所定値より小さい場合は、前記μ補正係数の算出を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記変速中に計測される前記スロットル開度の変化率が所定値より大きい場合には、前記μ補正係数の算出を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記クラッチは、第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチからなるツインクラッチ式であると共に、前記第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチの接続状態を変速動作毎に交互に切り換えることで、前記動力源の回転駆動力を前記駆動輪へ伝達するように構成されており、
前記μ補正係数の算出は、前記変速動作時に行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のクラッチ制御装置。 - 車両のエンジンから有段式の変速機に伝達される回転駆動力を断接するクラッチを制御するためのμ補正係数を算出するμ補正係数算出方法において、
前記変速機の変速中におけるエンジン回転数の変化率を検知する手順と、
前記エンジン回転数の変化率を所定のデータテーブルに適用することで、前記変速中の回転変化に使用される実回転差吸収トルクを算出する手順と、
