Claims (5)
- 駆動源と、
前記駆動源の駆動力によって回転する入力軸と、
前記入力軸の回転を変速して出力軸に伝達する無段変速機構と、
前記出力軸とその下流側に設けた回転軸との間に配置されて、前記出力軸から下流側への駆動力伝達の有無を切り替える発進クラッチと、を備えた車両の駆動装置において、
前記無段変速機のレシオを検出するレシオ検出手段と、
前記駆動源の出力トルクを制御する出力トルク制御手段と、を備えた駆動源のトルク制御装置であって、
前記出力トルク制御手段は、
前記レシオ検出手段で検出した前記無段変速機のレシオが所定の閾値よりもローレシオ側にあるときに、前記駆動源の出力トルクの上限値を、前記レシオが前記閾値よりもハイレシオ側にあるときの上限値である第1の値よりも小さな値である第2の値に制限する制御を行う
ことを特徴とする駆動源のトルク制御装置。 - 前記出力トルク制御手段は、
前記無段変速機のレシオが前記閾値を越えてローレシオ側からハイレシオ側に変化したときに、前記駆動源の出力トルクの上限値を前記第2の値から前記第1の値に戻す制御を行い、
その際、当該出力トルクの上限値を徐々に変化させて戻すようにした
ことを特徴する請求項1に記載の駆動源のトルク制御装置。 - 前記第2の値は、前記出力軸又は前記発進クラッチに入力する予め設定された最大トルクに基づいて決められた値である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の駆動源のトルク制御装置。 - 前記レシオの閾値は、前記第1の値と前記第2の値の比と、前記レシオの最もローレシオ側の値とに基づいて決められた値である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動源のトルク制御装置。 - 前記レシオの閾値は、前記レシオが前記閾値を越えてローレシオ側からハイレシオ側に変化するときの値と、ハイレシオ側からローレシオ側に変化するときの値とが異なる値に設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動源のトルク制御装置。
