Claims (9)
- 密閉可能な投入口と排出口とを備え、該投入口を通じて有機廃棄物が内部に投入されて収容されると共に、該排出口から処理後の該有機排気物が排出可能とされた収容体と、
前記収容体の前記投入口と前記排出口を閉鎖して該収容体内を密閉する密閉手段と、
前記収容体内に収容された前記有機廃棄物を撹拌する撹拌手段と、
高温高圧加熱蒸気を前記収容体内に供給する加熱蒸気供給手段と、
前記密閉手段によって密閉された前記収容体内を減圧する減圧手段と、
前記撹拌手段を作動させて前記有機廃棄物を撹拌しつつ前記減圧手段により前記有機廃棄物が収容された前記収容体内を40〜80Torrまで減圧した後、前記加熱蒸気供給手段により150〜250℃の高温高圧加熱蒸気を該収容体内に供給せしめると共に該撹拌手段を作動させて該高温高圧加熱蒸気の供給により前記収容体内を10〜30kgf/cm 2 とし、前記有機廃棄物を該収容体内で撹拌しつつ煮熟処理せしめる装置制御手段と
を、有することを特徴とする有機廃棄物の処理装置。 - 前記収容体が、水平方向に延びる円筒状の胴体部と、該円筒状胴体部の軸方向両側の開口部をそれぞれ閉塞する二つの底部とを一体的に有してなると共に、前記撹拌手段が、該収容体の円筒状胴体部内に、軸方向に延びるように位置せしめられて、該二つの底部のそれぞれに支持された回転軸と、該回転軸に対して、該回転軸と一体回転可能に設けられた撹拌羽根とを含んで構成されている請求項1に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記投入口が、前記収容体の前記円筒状胴体部における軸方向一方側の端部に、上方に向かって開口し且つ蓋体にて密閉可能に設けられる一方、前記排出口が、該円筒状胴体部における軸方向他方側の端部に、下方に向かって開口し且つ蓋体にて密閉可能に設けられている請求項2に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記収容体を、前記円筒状胴体部が水平に延びる位置と、該円筒状胴体部が前記投入口の側から前記排出口の側に向かって下傾する位置とに、任意に位置変更せしめ得る位置変更手段が、更に設けられている請求項3に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記撹拌手段の前記回転軸が、前記収容体の前記円筒状胴体部内において、該円筒状胴体部の中心軸よりも下方に偏奇して位置せしめられている請求項2乃至請求項4のうちの何れか1項に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記収容体の前記二つの底部のうちの少なくとも何れか一方における前記回転軸の支持部位を少なくとも含む部分が、該胴体部に対して取外し可能に取り付けられた回転軸支持体とされて、かかる回転軸支持体が、該胴体部から取り外されることにより、該回転軸が、該収容体内から離脱せしめられ得るようになっている請求項2乃至請求項5のうちの何れか1項に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記撹拌手段における前記撹拌羽根が、前記回転軸に対して着脱可能に設けられている請求項2乃至請求項6のうちの何れか1項に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記収容体に対して、該収容体内への人体の少なくとも一部の侵入を許容する透孔が、密閉可能に設けられている請求項1乃至請求項7のうちの何れか1項に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記収容体に、該収容体内に収容されて、前記高温高圧加熱蒸気との接触により煮熟処理された前記有機廃棄物を冷却するための冷却手段が、更に設けられている請求項1乃至請求項8のうちの何れか1項に記載の有機廃棄物の処理装置。
