Circuit)チップであるRFID(Radio Frequency Identification)等により構成されている。
本発明に係る第1の実施例について以下に説明する。図6は、RFID部41の構成の一部を示す回路図である。リアクタンス可変部52は、電圧検出回路52aと、調整用コンデンサ52bに直列接続されたFETスイッチ部52cと、により構成される。また、電圧検出回路52aは、磁界アンテナ部50とCPU72との間に接続され、FETスイッチ部52cと調整用コンデンサ52bとは、磁界アンテナ部50に並列的に接続される。
ステップS4において、CPU72は、FETスイッチ部52cに電圧を印加しない。これにより、FETスイッチ部52cはCPU72によりOFF状態に設定され、調整用コンデンサ52bは無効となる。調整用コンデンサ52bが無効になると、キャパシタンス(C)値は変化しないため、共振周波数f0は工場出荷前の値(所定の周波数fxよりも高い値)のまま維持される。
本発明に係る第2の実施例について以下に説明する。図8は、RFID部41の構成の一部を示す回路図である。リアクタンス可変部52は、調整用コンデンサ52dとFETスイッチ部52eとが直列接続されたものと、スイッチ制御部57(周波数変更手段)とにより構成され、磁界アンテナ部50に対してそれぞれ並列的に接続される。なお、本実施例においては、工場出荷時において、共振周波数f0は、所定の周波数fxよりも高い値に設定されているものとする。
図9で、リアクタンス可変部52は、調整用コンデンサ52bに直列接続されたFETスイッチ部52cと、磁気センサ100とを含む。

図10で、リアクタンス可変部52は、調整用コンデンサ52bに直列接続されたFETスイッチ部52cと、磁気センサ100とを含む。磁気センサ100の構成は、実施例3に示したものと基本的には同じである。

Claims (1)
- 外部機器と所定の共振周波数で磁界通信を行う通信手段と、
前記通信手段とは別個に設けられ、前記通信手段による前記外部機器との通信により生じる磁界を検出する検出手段と、
前記通信手段とは別個に設けられる前記検出手段による検出結果に基づいて、前記通信手段による前記外部機器との通信の前記所定の共振周波数を変更する周波数変更手段と、を有し、
前記検出手段は、前記外部機器との磁界通信により生じる磁界と、地磁気とを検出する、ことを特徴とする通信機器。
