−0.5〜4重量%の一つ以上の硬化剤、任意に0.5から2重量%の少なくとも一つのオレフィン性不飽和モノマーまたはオリゴマー、
および任意に、
−最高10重量%(例えば0.1から10重量%)の少なくとも一つの粘着性樹脂
−最高5重量%(例えば0.1から5重量%)の少なくとも一つの可塑剤、
−最高10重量%(例えば0.1から10重量%)の少なくとも一つのワックス、
−最高3重量%(例えば0.05から3重量%)の少なくとも一つの発泡剤のための活性化剤、
並びに任意に少なくとも一つのフィラー(フィラーの量は好ましくは10重量%未満、より好ましくは5重量%未満である)、割合は熱膨張材料の全重量の重量割合で表現される。
本発明による熱膨張材料は以下の成分を混合することによって調製される。
SISブロックコポリマー45重量部、スチレン含量20%
芳香族炭化水素樹脂粘着剤5重量部
ジイソノニルフタレート2.5重量部
マイクロ結晶質ワックス4.5重量部
熱可塑性エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー(28%酢酸ビニル)27.5重量部
フェノール抗酸化剤0.1重量部
発泡剤(アゾジカルボンアミド)8.8重量部
1,1−ジ−tert−ブチルペルオキシ−3,3,5−トリメチルシクロヘキサン1.0重量部
メチルアクリレート0.5重量部
酸化亜鉛処理尿素1.5重量部
Claims (9)
- a)35〜55重量%の、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、スチレン/ブタジエンブロックコポリマー、水素化スチレン/ブタジエンブロックコポリマー、スチレン/イソプレンブロックコポリマー、および水素化スチレン/イソプレンブロックコポリマーからなる群から選択される、少なくとも一つの熱可塑性エラストマー、
b)20〜35重量%の、エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマーおよびエチレン/メチルアクリレートコポリマーからなる群から選択される、少なくとも一つの非エラストマー熱可塑性樹脂、
c)0.05から1重量%の少なくとも一つの安定剤または抗酸化剤、
d)前記膨張材料が150℃の温度で少なくとも20分間加熱されるとき体積にして少なくとも100%膨張する有効量の少なくとも一つの潜在性化学発泡剤、
e)0.5〜4重量%の少なくとも一つのペルオキシド、
f)0.5から2重量%の少なくとも一つのオレフィン性不飽和モノマーまたはオリゴマー、を含み、
10重量%未満のフィラーを含み、
膨張したとき、−10から+40℃の間の温度で、振動数が0から500Hzの範囲で、ヤング貯蔵弾性率E’が0.1MPaから1000MPaの間であり、損失係数が0.3を超える、熱膨張材料。 - 成分f)が1分子あたりただ一つの炭素−炭素二重結合を有するオレフィン性不飽和モノマーまたはオリゴマーを少なくとも一つ含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 成分f)が少なくとも一つのC1からC6アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 少なくとも一つの可塑剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 少なくとも一つのワックスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 少なくとも一つの粘着性樹脂をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 少なくとも一つの発泡剤活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 成分a)は、少なくとも一つのスチレン/イソプレン/スチレントリブロックポリマー、または完全に若しくは部分的に水素化されたその誘導体であって、少なくとも約50%の重合されるイソプレンのモノマー部分が1、2および/または3、4配置を有するものを含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
- 前記熱膨張材料が、
a)35〜55重量%の、スチレン/イソプレンブロックコポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つのスチレン/イソプレンブロックコポリマー熱可塑性エラストマー、
b)20〜35重量%の、エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマーからなる群から選択される、少なくとも一つの非エラストマー熱可塑性樹脂、
c)0.05から1重量%の少なくとも一つの安定剤または抗酸化剤、
d)前記膨張材料が150℃の温度で少なくとも20分間加熱されるとき体積にして少なくとも100%膨張する有効量の少なくとも一つの潜在性化学発泡剤、
e)0.5〜4重量%の少なくとも一つの有機ペルオキシド、
f)0.5から2重量%の少なくとも一つのC1からC6アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、
g)最高10重量%の量の少なくとも一つの粘着性樹脂、
h)最高5重量%の量の少なくとも一つの可塑剤、
i)最高10重量%の量の少なくとも一つのワックス、
を含み、
前記熱膨張材料が10重量%未満のフィラーを含む、請求項1に記載の熱膨張材料。
