Abstract
【解決手段】ベース樹脂と発泡性樹脂粒子と架橋剤とを含有し、発泡性樹脂粒子は、中実の樹脂に熱膨張性物質が含有されている熱発泡性樹脂組成物から形成される熱発泡性樹脂シート1を、加熱により発泡させて、発泡体3を得る。

Description
表1〜表5の配合処方に従って、ゴムおよび粘着付与剤(実施例11〜19および比較例4、5を除く)を、ミキシングロールにて、100℃で、回転数20min−1、5分間混練して、第1の混練物を調製した。
1. トルク(第2の混練物のT15分およびT30分)
実施例1〜19で調製した第2の混練物について、回転振動粘弾性計(レオメーター、型番:MDR 2000P、Alpha Technologies社製)にて、下記の測定条件で、トルクを測定した。その結果を表1〜表5に示す。
加熱温度:90℃
測定時間:90℃に到達後から15分後および30分後
振幅角度:0.5±0.01度
2. 密度(D15分およびD30分)および発泡倍率(ER15分およびER30分)
厚み5mmの熱発泡性樹脂シートを、直径20mmの円形状に打ち抜いてサンプルを作製し、その後、作製したサンプルを、100℃のオーブンに投入して、15分間加熱することにより、サンプルを発泡させて、発泡体を得た。
3. 圧縮応力(反発力)
上記した15分間加熱することにより得られた発泡体を、厚み25mmのシート状に切り取って、切り取った発泡体の厚み方向の圧縮応力を圧縮試験機によって、測定した。
SBR:スチレン・ブタジエンゴム:商品名「タフデン2003」、スチレン含量:25質量%、ムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)100℃):33、旭化成社製
NR:商品名「INT3RSS Small Bale」、天然ゴム(素練りゴム)、Teck Bee Hang Co.,Ltd社製
EPDM:エチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴム、商品名「エスプレンEPDM 505A」、エチレン含量50質量%、ジエン含量:9.5質量%、ムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)100℃):47、住友化学社製
BR:ブタジエンゴム、商品名「JSR BR01」、ムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)100℃):45、JSR社製
NBR:アクリロニトリル・ブタジエンゴム、商品名「Nipol DN219」、ニトリル含量:33.5質量%、ムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)100℃):27、日本ゼオン社製
石油系樹脂:商品名「ペトロタック 90HM」、C5脂肪族/C9芳香族共重合系石油樹脂、軟化点88℃、東ソー社製
酸化亜鉛:平均粒子径0.24〜0.30μm、充填剤
硫黄:アルファグランS-50EN EPDMをバインダーとする硫黄のマスターバッチ、硫黄含量:50質量%
2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール:商品名「ノクセラーM」、架橋促進剤(加硫促進剤)、大内新興化学社製
ジベンジルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛:商品名「ノクセラーZTC」、架橋促進剤(加硫促進剤)、大内新興化学社製
ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛:商品名「ノクセラーPZ」、架橋促進剤(加硫促進剤)、大内新興化学社製
N−ペンタメチレンジチオカルバミン酸ピペリジン塩:商品名「ノクセラーPPD」、架橋促進剤(加硫促進剤)、大内新興化学社製
アミン化合物:商品名「ノックマスターEGS」、大内新興化学社製
熱発泡性樹脂粒子:商品名「カネパールK−BS」、発泡性ポリスチレンビーズ(熱発泡性樹脂粒子)、熱膨張性物質:ブタン、沸点−0.5℃、平均粒子径0.6mm、カネカ社製

Claims (15)
- ベース樹脂と発泡性樹脂粒子と架橋剤とを含有し、
前記発泡性樹脂粒子は、中実の樹脂に熱膨張性物質が含有されていることを特徴とする、熱発泡性樹脂組成物。 - 120℃以下の加熱で発泡および架橋することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ベース樹脂が、ゴム、熱可塑性樹脂および熱硬化性樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を含有しており、前記架橋剤によって架橋されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- さらに、架橋促進剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱発泡性樹脂組成物を、100℃で、30分間、加熱することにより発泡した発泡体の密度が、0.1〜1.0g/cm3であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱膨張性物質の沸点が、−160〜120℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 前記発泡性樹脂粒子は、前記樹脂のモノマーを、前記熱膨張性物質の存在下で重合させることにより得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂が、ポリスチレンおよび/またはポリスチレンコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 前記発泡性樹脂粒子の含有割合が、前記ベース樹脂100質量部に対して、0.1〜350質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物がシート状に形成されていることを特徴とする、熱発泡性樹脂シート。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物を加熱により発泡させることにより得られることを特徴とする、発泡体。
- 請求項10に記載の熱発泡性樹脂シートを加熱により発泡させることにより得られることを特徴とする、発泡体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱発泡性樹脂組成物を、加熱により発泡させることを特徴とする、発泡体の製造方法。
- 請求項10に記載の熱発泡性樹脂シートを、加熱により発泡させることを特徴とする、発泡体の製造方法。
- 120℃以下の温度で加熱することを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の発泡体の製造方法。
