Cl2+C2H4 → C2H4Cl2(精製EDC)+218kJ/mol (1)
C2H4Cl2(分解EDC) → C2H3Cl(VCM)+HCl−71kJ/mol (2)
C2H4+2HCl+1/2O2 → C2H4Cl2(粗EDC)+H2O+238kJ/mol (3)。
・エテンC2H4及び塩素Cl2から必要とされるEDCの一部が製造され、かついわゆる精製EDCとして生じる、直接塩素化;この直接塩素化の際に発生される反応熱の利用は発明の中心的な構成要素である;
・エテンC2H4、塩化水素HCl及び酸素O2からEDCの残りの部分が製造され、かついわゆる粗EDCとして生じる、オキシ塩素化;
・EDC熱分解における使用に適した、いわゆるフィードEDCを取得するための、粗EDCから、VCM分別から再循環されたリサイクルEDCと共に、オキシ塩素化において及びEDC熱分解において形成される副生物が取り除かれる、分別EDC精製;
・精製EDCがフィードEDCと一緒にされ、ついで分解EDCと呼ぶ混合物が熱分解される、EDC熱分解;得られた分解ガスは、VCM、塩化水素HCl及び未反応EDC並びに副生物を含有する;
・生成物として望ましい純VCMが分解ガスから分離され、かつ重要なその他の分解ガス成分である塩化水素HCl及び未反応EDCが有用物質として別々に再取得され、かつ再利用可能な装入物質としてバランスのとれたVCM法においてリサイクルHClもしくはリサイクルEDCとして再循環される、VCM分別。
・EDC精製300の低沸塔301の蒸気は、主請求項に相応して、カセイソーダ蒸発濃縮200中で凝縮され、
・低沸塔301の加熱は、請求項2に相応して、直接塩素化100のEDC蒸気によって行われ、かつ
・EDC蒸気の凝縮物は、請求項3に相応して、低沸塔301の加熱後に、同様にカセイソーダ蒸発濃縮200に使用される。

Claims (3)
- 1,2−ジクロロエタンから、水と1,2−ジクロロエタンよりも低沸点の成分とを除去するための蒸留塔を操作する方法であって、蒸留塔の水含有蒸気の凝縮熱の少なくとも一部をカセイソーダの蒸発濃縮に使用することを特徴とする、蒸留塔を操作する方法。
- 塩素及びエチレンから、直接塩素化において形成される1,2−ジクロロエタンの少なくとも一部を、1,2−ジクロロエタンから、水と1,2−ジクロロエタンよりも低沸点の成分とを除去するための蒸留塔の加熱に使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水と1,2−ジクロロエタンよりも低沸点の成分とを除去するための蒸留塔の加熱に使用された1,2−ジクロロエタンの少なくとも一部を、引き続いてカセイソーダの蒸発濃縮のための熱媒体として使用する、請求項2記載の方法。
