図1は本発明にかかる太陽電池モジュールの実施の形態の正面図である。図1において、一例として示す太陽電池モジュール100は、概略平板状で一辺を斜辺とする概略台形形状を成している。そして、平面上に並べられる太陽電池セル10は、この斜辺に対応して図1の下段から上段に向かって徐々に数を少なくしながら並べられている。すなわち、再下段の1段目には7個の太陽電池セル10が並べられ、2段目には6個、3段目には5個、4段目には4個、5段目には3個の太陽電池セル10が並べられている。そして、太陽電池セル10は概略正方形平板状を成すので、太陽電池セル群の斜辺側の縁は階段状となっている。そのため、太陽電池セル群と斜辺との間に、複数の三角形が頂部と頂部を重ねながら連結された形状であるのこぎり歯形状の空白領域(太陽電池セル10が設けられてない領域)Dが形成されている。そして、この空白領域Dに領域全体を覆うように、空白領域Dとほぼ同じ形状で太陽電池セル10と同じ色調の1枚の薄板20が配置されている。なお、太陽電池モジュール100の外周縁は枠体22,23,24及び25により全周にわたって覆われている。
Claims (1)
- 全体が少なくとも一辺に斜辺を有する平板状であって、
略四角形の太陽電池セルが縦横に複数並べられて配置されるセル配置層を含む複数の層が積層されて構成され、前記セル配置層において前記斜辺と前記太陽電池セルとの間の少なくとも1つの略三角形を含んだ領域であって前記太陽電池セルが配置されている以外の空白領域に前記太陽電池セルと同じ色調の薄板が配置されており、
前記セル配置層は、透明基板及び裏面フィルムで成る層に挟まれて形成され、前記裏面フィルムの色調が明色であり、前記太陽電池セル及び前記薄板の色調が暗色であり、
前記薄板は、前記透明基板及び前記裏面フィルムで成る層の間に封止樹脂層に挟まれて配置され、前記薄板の表面には、前記封止樹脂層との接着力を向上させる表面処理が施されており、
前記薄板と前記透明基板との間の前記封止樹脂層に前記太陽電池セルへ延びる配線が設けられている ことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
