Description
ドープの原料としては、溶液製膜でフィルムを製造することができる公知のポリマー及び溶剤を用いることができる。ポリマーの中でも、セルロースアシレート、環状ポリオレフィンを好ましく用いることができる。これらのいずれのポリマーであっても、製造設備の構成と製造方法の流れとは基本的に同じであるので、以下、セルロースアシレートフィルムをポリマー成分として用いる場合を例に挙げて説明する。

図1は溶液製膜設備10を示す概略図である。ただし、本発明は、この溶液製膜設備10に限定されるものではない。溶液製膜設備10には、セルロースアシレートが溶剤に溶けているドープ11を流延して溶剤を含んだセルロースアシレートフィルム(以降、単にフィルムと称する)12とする流延室13と、フィルム12を搬送しながら乾燥する第1乾燥室16と、第1乾燥室16を出たフィルム12の両側端部を保持してフィルム12を搬送しながら乾燥するテンタ17と、フィルム12の両側端部を切り離す耳切装置18と、フィルム12を搬送しながら乾燥して溶剤がほとんど含まれない状態にまでする第2乾燥室21と、フィルム12を冷却するための冷却室22と、フィルム12の帯電量を減らすための除電装置23と、側端部にエンボス加工を施すナーリング付与ローラ対26と、フィルム12を巻き取る巻き取り部27とが備えられる。

Claims (3)
- ポリマーの溶融及び押し出しと、ポリマー溶液の流延及び乾燥とのいずれか一方によりポリマーフィルムを製造する製膜方法において、
押し出されたポリマーフィルム、または、流延されて形成されたポリマーフィルムの搬送手段として、周方向に沿って周面に交互に形成された断面略半円形状の谷部及び山部を有し、前記谷部及び前記山部のピッチが0.01mm以上2mm以下、前記谷部の底点から前記山部の頂点までの高さが0.01mm以上1mm以下であり、前記山部の頂点部分に、軸方向に平行な平坦面が形成された駆動ローラを用いることを特徴とする製膜方法。 - 前記谷部および前記山部の曲率半径が0.1mm以上0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製膜方法。
- 前記平坦面の軸方向における幅が0.05mm以上0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の製膜方法。
