Claims (7)
- 回転機械の回転軸に着脱可能に取り付けられる油圧着脱式カップリングにおいて、
前記回転軸の軸端部に嵌合するカップリングスリーブに、
前記軸端部の外周面に油圧により締り嵌めされる締り嵌め部と、
前記軸端部の外周面に周方向の複数箇所に亙って噛み合う噛み合い部と、
を隣接して備えてなると共に、
前記噛み合い部の歯は、隙間無く高精度に噛み合う一歯を除いて、その他の歯の両側にテーパースペーサを介して前記軸端部の複数の歯に噛み合う、
ことを特徴とする油圧着脱式カップリング。 - 前記締り嵌め部は、前記軸端部の先細りのテーパー軸部に対応したテーパー孔部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧着脱式カップリング。
- 前記噛み合い部は、前記軸端部のストレート軸部に形成した歯と噛み合う歯が形成されたストレート孔部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧着脱式カップリング。
- 前記カップリングスリーブは、前記軸端部に固着される抜け止め手段で前記回転軸に対し抜け止めされることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の油圧着脱式カップリング。
- 回転機械の回転軸に着脱可能に取り付けられる油圧着脱式カップリングにおいて、
前記回転軸の軸端部に嵌合するカップリングスリーブに、
前記軸端部の外周面に油圧により締り嵌めされる締り嵌め部と、
前記軸端部の外周面に周方向の複数箇所に亙って噛み合う噛み合い部と、
を隣接して備えてなり、
前記噛み合い部は、前記軸端部のストレート軸部に形成した複数のキー溝に対応するキー溝が形成されたストレート孔部であると共に、
前記互いに対応するキー溝の一つは角形キーが挿入される矩形断面溝であり、互いに対応するその他のキー溝は丸形テーパーキーが挿入される半円形断面のテーパー溝である、
ことを特徴とする油圧着脱式カップリング。 - 前記締り嵌め部は、前記軸端部の先細りのテーパー軸部に対応したテーパー孔部であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧着脱式カップリング。
- 前記カップリングスリーブは、前記軸端部に固着される抜け止め手段で前記回転軸に対し抜け止めされることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の油圧着脱式カップリング。
