Claims (2)
- オリゴマー、希釈剤、紫外線重合開始剤、整泡剤を含む紫外線硬化性樹脂原料を機械発泡させて紫外線で硬化させた紫外線硬化発泡体において、
前記オリゴマーがアクリレート基を2つ持つウレタンアクリレートからなり、
前記希釈剤が炭素数3〜30の1官能のアルキルアクリレート又はフェノキシエチルアクリレートからなり、
前記ウレタンアクリレート70重量部に対して前記炭素数3〜30の1官能のアルキルアクリレートが10〜50重量部、又は、前記ウレタンアクリレート70重量部に対してフェノキシエチルアクリレートが10〜30重量部であることを特徴とする紫外線硬化発泡体。 - 紫外線硬化発泡体(厚み1.0mm)を50%の厚みに圧縮し、その圧縮状態を70℃で22時間維持した後に圧縮を解除し、圧縮解除後の厚みtと圧縮前の厚みTの値を用い、(T−t)/T×100=Z(%)の式で得られる発泡体の歪みZ(%)が5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線硬化発泡体。
