Claims (3)
- オリゴマー、希釈剤、紫外線重合開始剤、整泡剤を含む紫外線硬化性樹脂原料を機械的に発泡させて紫外線で硬化させた紫外線硬化発泡体において、
前記オリゴマーは、官能基数2、分子量8,000〜40,000のポリウレタンメタクリレートであり、
前記希釈剤がアクリルアミド基を持つ単官能モノマーからなり、
前記希釈剤の量が前記オリゴマーと前記希釈剤の合計100重量部に対し20〜40重量部であることを特徴とする紫外線硬化発泡体。 - 密度400〜700kg/m 3 、伸び100〜200%、引張強度1.0〜2.0MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線硬化発泡体。
- 官能基数2、分子量8,000〜40,000のポリウレタンメタクリレートからなるオリゴマー、アクリルアミド基を持つ単官能モノマーからなる希釈剤、紫外線重合開始剤、整泡剤を含み、前記希釈剤の量が前記オリゴマーと前記希釈剤の合計100重量部に対し20〜40重量部である紫外線硬化性樹脂原料を機械的に発泡させ、
前記発泡させた紫外線硬化性樹脂原料を、少なくとも一方が紫外線透過性を有する2つのプラスチックフィルムの何れか一方のプラスチックフィルムに塗布し、
前記紫外線硬化性樹脂原料の表面に他方のプラスチックフィルムを積層し、
前記紫外線透過性のプラスチックフィルムを介して紫外線を照射することにより前記紫外線硬化性樹脂原料を硬化させて紫外線硬化発泡体とし、
その後、前記2つのプラスチックフィルムを前記紫外線硬化発泡体から剥がすことを特徴とする紫外線硬化発泡体の製造方法。
