Description
Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載され、内部に潤滑冷却用流体が充填される回転電機と、
回転電機の筐体に設けられ、潤滑冷却用流体の液漏れを防止すると共に外部と気体連通するブリーザと、
回転電機の筐体とブリーザとを接続する接続部に設けられ、通常は開状態とされる開閉弁と、
潤滑冷却用流体が過熱される所定条件のときに、開閉弁を閉状態とする閉弁手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御システムにおいて、
閉弁手段は、
回転電機を駆動するインバータ回路の1相短絡故障のときに、自動診断機能によって故障信号が出力されることを所定条件として、故障信号に同期して電気式開閉弁を閉じる閉弁信号を出力する手段であることを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御システムにおいて、
開閉弁が電気的に作動する電気式開閉弁であり、
閉弁手段は、
車両が運行可能なREADY信号がオフとなることを所定条件として、READY信号のオフに同期して電気式開閉弁を閉じる閉弁信号を出力する手段であることを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御システムにおいて、
開閉弁が電気的に作動する電気式開閉弁であり、
閉弁手段は、
車両が他の牽引手段によって牽引されるときに、IGスイッチをオンにしてシフト状態設定機構がニュートラル状態とされることによって出力されるニュートラル信号に同期して電気式開閉弁を閉じる閉弁信号を出力する手段であることを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御システムにおいて、
開閉弁が機械的に作動する機械式開閉弁であり、
開閉弁の開閉手段に一方端が接続され、他方端を機械的に移動させることで開閉弁を閉方向にする操作ケーブルと、
車両のシフト状態設定機構に設けられる操作ケーブルの他方端接続機構であって、シフト状態設定機構がニュートラル状態とされるときに、操作ケーブルの他方端を移動させる他方端接続機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御システムにおいて、
開閉弁が機械的に作動する機械式開閉弁であり、
開閉弁の開閉手段に一方端が接続され、他方端を機械的に移動させることで開閉弁を閉方向にする操作ケーブルと、
他の牽引手段によって牽引されるときに用いられる牽引用係止部に設けられる操作ケーブルの他方端接続機構であって、牽引用係止部に懸けられる牽引力によって操作ケーブルの他方端を移動させる他方端接続機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両制御システム。
