Description
このような形式のシェル形フリーホイールは、"Technischen Handbuch" der INA Waelzlager Schaeffler oHG, 5. ueberarbeiteter Nachdruck, Seiten 270 und 271において様々な構成で公知である。これらのフリーホイールは、傾斜部を有する外輪を備えており、外輪に、ニードルを備えた保持器が配置されており、ここでは押圧ばねが組み込まれており、押圧ばねは、ニードルと、傾斜部と、平滑な内輪もしくは内輪を使用しない場合は軸とのコンタクトを形成し、これによりフリーホイールの迅速な係合が得られる。
したがって本発明の課題は、冒頭で述べた形式のフリーホイールを改良して、実証された機能性を損なうことなく、簡単で安価なものを提供することである。
本発明の課題は、保持器が、内輪または外輪と一体的に製作された保持器エレメントを備えていることによって解決される。フリーホイールのニードルまたはローラの接触する内輪または外輪は、シェル形/ローラ形フリーホイールのシェルとも呼ばれる。
以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面を用いて具体的に説明する。
Claims (8)
- シェル形/ローラ形フリーホイールであって、
少なくとも1つの内輪または外輪(1)が設けられており、該内輪または外輪(1)が、ニードルまたはローラに適した傾斜部(2)を備えており、ニードルまたはローラのための保持器が設けられており、押圧ばねが設けられており、保持器が、保持エレメントを備えており、該保持エレメントが、内輪または外輪(1)と一体的に製作されている形式のものにおいて、
保持エレメントが、少なくとも1つの内輪または外輪(1)の周方向に沿って設けられ、ニードルまたはローラを軸方向に保持する2つの縁部(3,4)を有しており、折り曲げられることで、一方の縁部(3)が前記押圧ばねを保持するためのばね保持突起(5)として形成されることを特徴とする、シェル形/ローラ形フリーホイール。 - ばね保持突起(5)が、露出した舌片(6)を備えており、該舌片(6)が、内輪の外側または外輪(1)の内側で傾斜部(2)に隣接して配置されている、請求項1記載のシェル形/ローラ形フリーホイール。
- 内輪または外輪(1)が、ばね保持突起(5)とは反対側でリング肩部を備えている、請求項1または2記載のシェル形/ローラ形フリーホイール。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシェル形/ローラ形フリーホイールの保持器を製作する方法において、
−傾斜部(2)と、該傾斜部(2)の側に配置された少なくとも1つの縁部(3)とを備えた内輪または外輪(1)を、深絞り加工によって製作し、
−縁部(3)からばね保持突起(5)を切り抜き、
−ばね保持突起(5)を、半径方向で内輪または外輪(1)に向かって屈曲し、ばね保持突起(5)の、露出した舌片(6)を、傾斜部(2)の領域で屈曲する、
ことを特徴とする、シェル形/ローラ形フリーホイールの保持器を製作する方法。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシェル形/ローラ形フリーホイールの保持器を製作する方法において、
−傾斜部(2)を備えた内輪または外輪(1)を、実質的にポット形の構成部材として、深絞り加工によって製作し、
−傾斜部(2)に隣接する底縁(8)から舌片(6)を切り抜き、
−舌片(6)を、傾斜部(2)の領域で屈曲する、
ことを特徴とする、シェル形/ローラ形フリーホイールの保持器を製作する方法。 - −縁部(3)または底縁(8)とは反対側で、内輪または外輪(1)に、縁部(4)を成形し、
−縁部(4)を、リング肩部として半径方向で変形する、請求項4または5記載の方法。 - 内輪または外輪(1)を、支持リング上に、または支持リング内に押し嵌める、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 支持リングに、内輪または外輪(1)を押し嵌めるまえに、半径方向内向きまたは半径方向外向きに突出するカラーを成形する、請求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
