Claims (7)
- 第一基板及び第二基板と、前記第一基板及び第二基板に挟まれた液晶層と、前記第一基板に設置された第一配向層及び前記第二基板に設置された第二配向層と、を含み、
前記第一配向層及び前記第二配向層の少なくとも一方が、カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、複数のカーボンナノチューブからなる少なくとも一枚の連続のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムの幅が100μm〜10cmであることを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、少なくとも二枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
前記少なくとも二枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムが積層され、
それぞれの前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、同じ方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、相互に平行に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、端と端が接続された複数のカーボンナノチューブセグメントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体の表面に、複数の溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記第一配向層及び前記第二配向層の両方が、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記第一配向層に設置されたカーボンナノチューブ構造体において、前記溝が第一方向に沿って配列され、
前記第二配向層に設置されたカーボンナノチューブ構造体において、前記溝が第二方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 前記第一方向が、前記第二方向と直交することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液晶表示パネル。
