- 少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムと、支持体と、被覆膜と、を備える保護構造体を有するカーボンナノチューブ構造体であって、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムは、前記支持体及び被覆膜の間に挟まれ、
前記被覆膜は剥離層を含み、
前記剥離層は、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムに接触することを特徴とする保護構造体を有するカーボンナノチューブ構造体。 - カーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一ステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブアレイから、少なくとも、一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き出す第二ステップと、
支持体と、少なくとも一つの被覆膜と、二つのローラーと、一つの第一巻軸と、を提供する第三ステップと、
前記支持体、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム及び前記被覆膜を、順次的に積み重ねて、前記二つのローラーの間の隙間に通過させて、前記第一巻軸に巻き付ける第四ステップと、
