Description
本発明に係る有機系脱酸素剤は、主剤として易酸化性有機物質を用いる。ここで用いられる易酸化性有機物質は、タンニン、タンニン酸等のフェノール性水酸基を1個以上含有するベンゼン環が化学構造式中に2個以上含む複合化合物(以下、ポリフェノール化合物と称する)である。
先ず、所定量の主剤に対して、触媒を加えて混合し、次に水を加えて主剤を溶解又は分散する。次いで、担持体を加えて混練し、さらにアルカリ剤を添加し、混練、粉体化し、さらに必要に応じて活性炭を秤量、添加、混合した後、通気性袋に充填包装し、包材化して有機系脱酸素剤包装体の製品とする。
縮合型タンニン(ケブラチョ抽出タンニン)6.1g、アルカリ剤(水酸化カルシウム:平均粒径4.7μm)4.13g、水5.5g及び担持体(二酸化珪素:平均粒径15μm)1.65gを上記した方法により混合し、脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は1分であった。
縮合型タンニン(ケブラチョ抽出タンニン)6.1g、アルカリ剤(水酸化カルシウム:平均粒径4.7μm)4.13g、水5.5g、担持体(二酸化珪素)1.65g、触媒(t−ブチルカテコール)0.55g及び活性炭0.28gを上記した方法により混合し、脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は1分であった。
アルカリ剤として平均粒径105μmの水酸化カルシウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は8分であった。
アルカリ剤として平均粒径204.5μmの水酸化カルシウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は20分であった。
アルカリ剤として平均粒径239.2μmの水酸化カルシウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は20分であった。
アルカリ剤として平均粒径303.2μmの水酸化カルシウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は20分であった。
アルカリ剤として平均粒径0.4μmの水酸化カルシウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に脱酸素剤を調製した。ここにおいて、組成物を混練して馴染むまでの時間は14分であった。
Claims (6)
- 易酸化性有機物質を主剤とし、水、アルカリ剤、触媒及び担持体を含有する有機系脱酸素剤であって、該易酸化性有機物質がフェノール水酸基を1個以上含有するベンゼン環が化学構造式中に2個以上含む複合化合物、該アルカリ剤が平均粒径(D50)2〜60μmの水酸化カルシウム、該触媒がt−ブチルカテコール又はt−ブチルヒドロキノン、該担持体が平均粒径5〜200μmの二酸化珪素であることを特徴とする有機系脱酸素剤。
- 上記フェノール水酸基を1個以上含有するベンゼン環が化学構造式中に2個以上含む複合化合物が、タンニン又はタンニン酸である請求項1に記載の有機系脱酸素剤。
- 上記主剤100重量部に対して、上記水酸化カルシウムを10〜200重量部、上記水を10〜200重量部、上記触媒を15重量部以下含有する請求項第1又は2に記載の有機系脱酸素剤。
- 上記担持体100重量部に対して、上記主剤、水酸化カルシウム及び水の合計量を10〜2500重量部含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の有機系脱酸素剤。
- 活性炭を含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の有機系脱酸素剤。
- 上記主剤100重量部に対して、上記活性炭を100重量部以下含有する請求項5に記載の有機系脱酸素剤。
