)1−オレフィン及び(C4−10 )ジエンから選択されるオレフィンとプロピレンとのランダム又はブロックコポリマー、又はプロピレンとエチレン及びC4−10
α−オレフィンから選択される二つのモノマーとのランダムターポリマーであることができる。望ましくは、成分A、B又はAとBの両方はアイソタクチックである。
もしポリマーサンプル中のポリマー成分が“完全に相溶性”であれば、プロット上に一つのピークが存在ずる。ポリマーはその対応するピーク面積の重なりが少なくとも50%であれば、“実質上相溶性”である。ポリマーは、もしそれらが“完全に相溶性なし”或いは“実質上相溶性なし”であれば“相溶性なし(混じり合わない)”である。ポリマーはそれぞれのポリマーに対応するピークがありそしてそのピークが重なり合わない(それらはベースライン補正される)ならば、“完全に相溶性なし”である。ポリマーはその対応するピーク面積の重なりが50%以下であれば、“実質上相溶性なし”である。
材料
プロファックスPF814樹脂はオランダのバッセルポリオレフィン社製の3g/10分のMFRをもつHMSPPである。
サンプル2.1及び2.2を、表1に示されるポリマー組成とダイ温度を使用しそして1900kPaのダイ圧力を使用する以外はサンプル1.1−1.4と同様にして製造する。サンプル2.1及び2.2の物性もまた表1に示す。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも4mmの平均気泡サイズをもつ気泡を有するポリマーブレンド物を含む連続気泡のポリマー発泡体であって、発泡体は少なくとも40%のASTM D2856−94に従った連続気泡含量をもち、そしてポリマーブレンド物が;
(a)高溶融張力のポリプロピレン;
(b)線状ポリプロピレン及び炭素1,000個当り3個以上の長鎖分枝をもつポリプロピレンから選択される第二のポリプロピレンであって、(a)の融点の10℃以内の融点をもち、メルトフローレート(ASTM D−1238、条件L)が(a)の2分の1以下であるか又は2倍以上であり、且つ(a)と相溶性がある第二のポリプロピレン;及び、
(c)(a)と相溶性のないエチレンポリマー
からなり、
ポリマーブレンド物がポリマーブレンド物の重量基準で60wt%以下の(c)を含み;
そして(a)が(a)と(b)の合計重量の少なくとも60wt%で90wt%以下であることを特徴とする本質的に連続気泡のポリマー発泡体。 - (a)がポリプロピレンホモポリマーである請求項1記載の発泡体。
- (b)がポリプロピレンホモポリマーである請求項1又は2記載の発泡体。
- (c)が低密度ポリエチレンである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体。
- 軟化したポリマーブレンド物に発泡剤を混合圧力において混合しそれから発泡性組成物を混合圧力よりも低い圧力に曝しそして発泡性組成物を膨張させて発泡させることからなる方法であって、軟化したポリマーブレンド物が;
(a)高溶融張力のポリプロピレン;
(b)線状ポリプロピレン及び炭素1,000個当り3個以上の長鎖分枝をもつポリプロピレンから選択される第二のポリプロピレンであって、(a)の融点の10℃以内の融点をもち、メルトフローレート(ASTM D−1238、条件L)が(a)の2分の1以下であるか又は2倍以上であり、且つ(a)と相溶性がある第二のポリプロピレン;及び、
(c)(a)と相溶性のないエチレンポリマー
からなり、
ポリマーブレンド物がポリマーブレンド物の重量基準で60wt%以下の(c)を含み;
そして(a)が(a)と(b)の合計重量の少なくとも60wt%で90wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリマー発泡体の製造方法。 - 軟化したポリマーブレンド物と発泡剤から押出機内で発泡性ポリマー組成物を発泡させそれから押出機からダイを通して発泡性ポリマー組成物を押出機内より低い圧力の大気中に押し出すことからなる請求項5記載の方法。
- (a)がポリプロピレンホモポリマーである請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- (b)がポリプロピレンホモポリマーである請求項5〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- (c)が低密度ポリエチレンである請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一領域の音が発泡体を少なくとも部分的に通って第二領域に到達するように二つの領域の間に請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の発泡体を置く工程をもつことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のポリマー発泡体の使用方法。
