Claims (1)
- 球形状のゲル状スルホン化スチレン−ジビニルベンゼンコポリマーを炭化及び活性化することによって得られ、ASTM D2862−97/04に基づいて測定された0.01〜1.0mmの範囲内の中心傾向粒子径を有する独立した粒状である活性炭に基づいた球形状の高性能吸着剤において、
少なくとも0.7cm3/gのグルビッチ合計細孔量であって、該グルビッチ合計細孔量の少なくとも70%が20オングストローム以下の孔径を有するミクロ細孔によって形成されていること、
26オングストローム以下の中心傾向細孔径の寸法、
少なくとも1500m2/gのBET表面積、
少なくとも95%の摩耗抵抗、及び
少なくとも10Nの活性炭粒当たりの圧縮又は破裂強度で示されるパラメータを具備し、
ASTM D5742−95/00に基づいて測定された少なくとも25%のブタン吸着性を有し、且つ、
ASTM D4607−94/99に基づいて測定された少なくとも1350mg/gのヨウ素価を有することを特徴とする高性能吸着剤。
