Claims (4)
- 天然ガスまたはメタンを蓄積するためのブロック状のナノ多孔質炭素材料の製造方法であって、前記ナノ多孔質炭素材料の見かけ上の嵩密度が600kg/m3以上であって、炭化および活性化された固体有機物由来材料から得られたナノ多孔質炭素材料が700〜1000μmの平均顆粒画分に粉砕され、3〜12重量%の高分子結合剤と5〜80重量%の蒸留水が粉砕された材料に加えられ、混合され、150kgf/cm2〜3000kgf/cm2の圧力で成形され、成形されたブロックが110〜150℃の温度で3〜48時間乾燥されることからなることを特徴とする天然ガスまたはメタンを蓄積するためのブロック状のナノ多孔質炭素材料の製造方法。
- 前記ナノ多孔質炭素材料が、立方体、または平行六面体、または円筒形、または球面扇形、または四面体として形成されたブロックで得られることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- ラテックスまたはポリ酢酸ビニルが高分子結合剤として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 成形がプレス機または押出機を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の方法。
