Claims (6)
- 乗員が制動操作可能な操作部材と、
該操作部材の操作ストロークに応じてピストンが移動することで作動流体を加圧して所定の油圧を出力可能なマスタシリンダと、
油圧を受けて車輪に制動力を発生させるホイールシリンダと、
前記マスタシリンダと前記ホイールシリンダとを連結する油圧通路と、
該油圧通路を開閉可能なマスタカット弁と、
前記操作部材の操作ストロークに応じた目標制御圧に基づいた電磁力により駆動弁を移動することで油圧を調圧して出力可能であると共に、前記マスタシリンダからの油圧をパイロット圧として前記駆動弁を移動することで油圧を調圧して出力可能である圧力制御弁と、
該圧力制御弁からの油圧を前記ホイールシリンダに供給可能な制御圧通路と、
前記圧力制御弁及び前記マスタカット弁を制御可能な制御手段とを備え、
パイロット圧を前記圧力制御弁に供給するパイロット通路が前記油圧通路における前記マスタカット弁より前記ホイールシリンダ側に連結される、
ことを特徴とする車両用制動装置。 - 前記マスタシリンダは、シリンダ内に前記ピストンとしての入力ピストン及び加圧ピストンが移動自在に支持されることで、第1圧力室と第2圧力室と第3圧力室が区画され、前記第1圧力室に前記油圧通路が連結され、前記第3圧力室に前記制御圧通路が連結され、前記入力ピストンと加圧ピストンとの間にストローク吸収機構が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 前記油圧通路が前輪の前記ホイールシリンダに連結され、前記制御圧通路が後輪の前記ホイールシリンダに連結され、前記油圧通路と前記制御圧通路を連通する連通油圧通路に連通弁が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 前記制御圧通路が前記油圧通路における前記マスタカット弁より前記ホイールシリンダ側に連結されると共に、この連結部に切替弁が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 前記マスタシリンダは、シリンダ内に前記ピストンとしての入力ピストン及び加圧ピストンが移動自在に支持されることで、第1圧力室と第2圧力室と第3圧力室が区画され、前記第1圧力室に前記油圧通路としての第1油圧通路が連結され、前記第2圧力室に前記油圧通路としての第2油圧通路が連結され、前記第1油圧通路及び前記第2油圧通路が前輪の前記ホイールシリンダに連結され、前記制御圧通路が前後輪の前記ホイールシリンダに連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 前記制御圧通路と前後輪の前記ホイールシリンダとの間に増圧弁及び減圧弁を有するアンチロックブレーキシステムが介装され、前記切替弁として前記増圧弁また前記減圧弁が機能することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用制動装置。
