Description
油圧供給配管36と第1排出ポート40が第1油圧排出配管43により連結され、この第1油圧排出配管43に第2リニア弁44が装着されている。また、リザーバタンク33と第2排出ポート42が第2油圧排出配管45により連結されている。マスタシリンダ11の第1圧力室R1に連通する連通ポート46,47は、油圧連通配管48を介してリザーバタンク33に連結されている。

Claims (5)
- 乗員が制動操作する操作部材と、シリンダ内に軸方向に沿って移動自在に支持されると共に前記操作部材により前進可能な駆動ピストンと、前記シリンダ内に前記駆動ピストンが移動自在に支持されることで該駆動ピストンの前方及び後方に区画される第1圧力室及び第2圧力室と、前記操作部材から前記駆動ピストンへの操作に応じた制御油圧を設定する制御油圧設定手段と、該制御油圧設定手段により設定された制御油圧を前記第2圧力室に作用させることで前記第1圧力室から制動油圧を発生させる油圧供給手段と、前記シリンダ内に設けられて前記駆動ピストンの前進に応じて容積が減少する反力室と、前記駆動ピストン内に設けられて前記反力室の容積減少に応じて変形することで前記駆動ピストンを介して前記操作部材に対して操作反力を付与可能な反力付与手段とを具え、
前記駆動ピストンは、シリンダ内に直列に配置された入力ピストンと加圧ピストンとを有し、前記入力ピストンに前記操作部材の操作力が入力可能であり、前記加圧ピストンの前方に前記第1圧力室が区画され、前記加圧ピストンと前記入力ピストンとの間に前記第2圧力室が区画され、前記入力ピストンの後方に第3圧力室が区画され、前記第2圧力室と前記第3圧力室とが連通路により連通されることを特徴とする車両用制動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用制動装置において、前記反力室は、前記シリンダと前記入力ピストンとの間に環状をなして形成され、前記反力付与手段は、前記入力ピストン内に移動自在に支持されることで加圧室を区画する反力ピストンと、前記反力室と前記加圧室とを連通する連通路と、前記反力ピストンを一方に付勢することで前記加圧室を加圧する付勢部材とを有することを特徴とする車両用制動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両用制動装置において、前記入力ピストン内に前記反力ピストンが移動自在に支持されることで前記加圧室と減圧室が区画され、該減圧室は、前記入力ピストン内に設けられた排出路を介して大気開放されることを特徴とする車両用制動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両用制動装置において、前記入力ピストン内に前記反力ピストンが移動自在に支持されることで前記加圧室と減圧室が区画され、該減圧室は、排出路を介してリザーバタンクに連結されることを特徴とする車両用制動装置。
- 請求項4に記載の車両用制動装置において、前記排出路は、前記入力ピストンを貫通して一端部が前記減圧室に連通する第1排出路と、前記シリンダを貫通して一端部が前記第1排出路の他端部に連通する第2排出路と、該第2排出路と前記リザーバタンクとを連結する第3排出路とを有し、前記入力ピストンと前記シリンダとの間に前記排出路からの油圧の漏洩を防止するシール部材が装着されることを特徴とする車両用制動装置。
