Description
Claims (13)
- 膨張器デバイスにより供給される膨張ガスにより膨張される縮小構成の膨張可能クッションを収容するエアバッグ・モジュール用のハウジングにおいて、
前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングを車両に対して取付けるためのカラーを備え、前記カラーは、前記カラーを車両に対して取付けるための車両取付けフランジと、複数個のフックとを含み、
前記ハウジングは、可撓材料から形成されると共に前記カラーに対して前記複数個のフックによって固着されたシュート・アセンブリをさらに備えている、ハウジング。 - 前記シュート・アセンブリが、車両取付けフランジの一部分にわたって延びている取付け部分を含む請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記可撓材料は、織成布、不織布、成形プラスチック、プラスチックフィルム、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択された材料から成る、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記シュート・アセンブリは複数個の開口を備え、且つ、前記複数個の開口の中の少なくとも一個の開口は前記複数個のフックの中の対応する1個のフック上に配設される、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記複数個のフックの中の少なくとも一個のフックは前記カラーからスタンプ成形されて屈曲される、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記複数個のフックの中の少なくとも一個のフックは取付けアームを備える、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記複数個のフックは、前記カラーを車両に対して取付けるための複数個の取付けフックから成る、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記シュート・アセンブリは、前記膨張器デバイスに接続された膨張ガス拡散器を受け入れるための膨張器開口を有する底部壁を備えている、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収容された縮小構成の膨張可能クッションと、
前記膨張可能クッションと膨張的に組み合わされた膨張器デバイスであって、起動信号の受信時に前記膨張器デバイスは膨張ガスを供給して前記膨張可能クッションを膨張させるという膨張器デバイスとを備えている、車両の乗員を衝撃から保護するためのエアバッグ・モジュール。 - 前記膨張器デバイスは、前記ハウジングの前記膨張器開口を通して延びている一部分を含む、請求項9に記載のエアバッグ・モジュール。
- 前記エアバッグ・モジュールは、前記ハウジング内に配置されかつ前記膨張器デバイスに接続された、リテーナデフレクタをさらに備え、
前記シュート・アセンブリの底部壁は、前記膨張器開口を含み、
前記底部壁の一部分が、前記シュート・アセンブリを前記膨張器デバイスに固着するように、前記リテーナデフレクタと前記膨張器デバイスの間に配置されている、請求項10に記載のエアバッグ・モジュール。 - 前記シュート・アセンブリの前記膨張器開口を通して配置されている前記膨張器デバイスの前記一部分は、膨張ガス拡散器を備えている、請求項10に記載のエアバッグ・モジュール。
- 前記膨張器デバイスを車両に対して接続するための取付けブラケットをさらに備えている、請求項10に記載のエアバッグ・モジュール。
