Description
図1〜図4は、本願発明の第1の参考例にかかる電気炊飯器における内鍋の構成が示されている。
ところで、すでに述べたように、現行の内鍋の場合には、上記内鍋の内周面に釉薬の塗布又はフッ素樹脂コーティング等の表面処理が施されており、これは各種セラミック系基材よりなる内鍋への吸水を押さえる目的と、ご飯のこびりつき、焦げつきを押さえる2つの目的でなされているものであるが、これまでの表面処理の場合、非通水機能はともかくとして、ご飯のこびりつきや焦げつきの回避に対しては、まだまだ満足の行くものではなかった。
図7および図8には、本願発明の第1の実施の形態にかかる電気炊飯器における内鍋の要部拡大断面が示されている。
図9および図10には、本願発明の第2の実施の形態にかかる電気炊飯器における内鍋の要部拡大断面が示されている。
Claims (1)
- 内鍋が収納される炊飯器本体と、前記内鍋の外周面に対向するように配置され、前記内鍋を誘導加熱する誘導加熱コイルとを備えた電気炊飯器であって、前記内鍋を、非金属材料からなる内鍋本体と、該内鍋本体の内周面および外周面に塗布された非通水性の釉薬層と、前記内鍋本体の内周面に非粘着性に優れた塗料を塗布して形成された非粘着性塗料層と、前記内鍋本体の外周面に設けられた誘導加熱用の加熱部材とにより構成するとともに、前記内鍋本体の内周面に塗布された前記釉薬層を、非粘着性に優れた塗料の密着性を高めるためのリチア系釉薬層により構成してサンドブラスト加工を施さないようにしたことを特徴とする電気炊飯器。
