Claims (1)
- 本体と、該本体に着脱自在に収納される内釜と、該内釜を電磁誘導加熱する誘導加熱コイルと、前記内釜を着脱自在に覆う内蓋を設けた炊飯器において、
前記内釜は、セラミック製からなる内釜本体と、
該内釜本体の外底面を含み外側面までを覆うように形成された白金、銀、パラジウム、ニッケル、炭化ケイ素、カンタルの少なくとも一つを含有し形成された発熱層と、
前記発熱層全体に多数の斑点状に配置された前記発熱層の存在しない非発熱部と、
酸化ケイ素、酸化ホウ素、酸化ナトリウム、酸化カリウムのいずれかを含有し前記発熱層全体を被覆するように形成された保護層とを備えたことを特徴とする炊飯器。
