Description
より詳しくは、本発明は巻かれて溶接された円筒状フィルムから作られているオーバル断面のチューブに関する。
・巻き付けられているフィルムのロールから始じめて、巻き付けられた材料は、エンドレスの真円の円筒を形成するように巻かれ溶接される。続いて、この円筒が所定のスカート長さに切断される。

a)巻き付けられているフィルムのロールから始じめて、巻き付けられた材料は、エンドレスの真円の円筒を形成するように巻かれそして溶接される。続いて、この円筒が所定のスカート長さに切断される。
b)オーバル断面のヘッドとキャップとが巻かれたチューブの製作に使用された装置に自動的に装着される。オーバルヘッドはオーバル断面のマンドレル17の端部に位置決めされる。
c)円形スカートは、長手溶接6の位置が正しく位置決めされるように、対称軸に対して角度を付けて配向される。
d)事前に配向された円形スカートがオーバル断面の直すぐな筒に変形され、そしてオーバル断面のマンドレル17に装着される。
e)オーバル・マンドレルにおいて、スカートは適切な手段を用いてヘッドに対して正確に位置決めされるように再配向される。
f)ヘッドがスカートに組み立てられ溶接される。
g)キャップが巻かれたチューブのヘッドにねじ込まれ又は取り付けられる。
・円形スカート14を凹状サポートに装着する。
・プッシャ11を用いて円形スカート14を成形区画に押し出す。
・成形ロール15,16を用いてスカートをオーバル円筒に成形する。
・同時にプッシャ11を用いてスカートを押す。成形ロール、15,16は凹状なのでスカートをチューブのヘッド3と同様なオーバル形状に変形する。
・プッシャ11を用いて、オーバル状スカートをオーバル・ヘッド3及びオーバル・マンドレル17にスライドさせる。
h)巻き付けられているフィルムのロールから始めて、巻き付けられた材料が所定長さのシートに切断される。
i)これらのシートはオーバル断面の第一マンドレルに巻き付けられ溶接されオーバル断面の円筒状スカートに成形される。
j)オーバル断面のヘッドとキャップとが巻かれたチューブの製作に使用された装置に自動的に送り込まれる。オーバルヘッドはオーバル断面の第二マンドレル17の端部に位置決めされる。
k)オーバルスカートは、適切な手段を用いて第一マンドレルからオーバル断面の第二マンドレルに向かって移動される。
l)オーバル・マンドレルにおいて、スカートは適切な手段を用いてヘッドに対して正確に位置決めされるように配向される。
m)ヘッドがスカートに組み立てられ溶接される。
n)キャップが巻かれたチューブのヘッドにねじ込まれ又は取り付けられる。
Claims (17)
- 指の圧力で押し出すことのできる半流動液体製品又はペースト状製品を入れるようになっているほぼ管状のフレキシブルなパッケージ(1)であり、スカート(2)とヘッド(3)と選択的にキャップ(4)とを具備しているパッケージ(1)であって;
前記スカート(2)は巻かれたシートで作られていて、そして両端部(9,10)を重複させることにより形成された長手溶接(6)を備えており;前記ヘッド(3)は前記スカートの一方の端部(7)の外周囲に固定され、そして前記スカート(2)に取り付けられている部分においてオーバル断面を形成しているパッケージ(1)において;
前記ヘッドに接触している長手溶接(6)の端部は、前記オーバル断面の曲率半径が最小となる点に又はその点近くにあることを特徴とするパッケージ。 - 前記長手溶接(6)の上部分を形成している前記シートの縁(9)は、前記スカート(2)の曲率半径が最小となっている部分に又はその部分の近くにあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記スカート(2)は、前記ヘッド(3)がある前記端部の対向端部に平らな底板(5)を備えていることと、前記平らな底板(5)は前記オーバル断面の長軸の方向に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のパッケージ。
- スカート/ヘッド接続部分(7)が前記スカート(2)の主軸に直交している平面にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージを製作する製作方法であって:
マンドレル周囲にスカート(2)を準備する段階と、
前記ヘッドの断面と同様な断面のオーバル・マンドレル(17)の端部にヘッド(3)を装着する段階と、
前記ヘッド(3)を前記スカート(2)に取り付ける段階と;を含んでいる製作方法において、
前記スカート(2)はその対称軸に対して角度を付けて配向されているので、前記長手溶接(6)は、前記オーバル断面の曲率半径が最小となる点又はその近くとなる点に位置決めされるようになっていることを特徴とする、製作方法。 - 円形断面のマンドレル周囲にスカート(2)を準備する段階と、
ヘッド(3)の断面と同様な断面のオーバル・マンドレル(17)の端部に前記ヘッド(3)を装着する段階と、
前記スカート(2)を変形し、そしてそれらをオーバル断面の前記オーバル・マンドレル(17)に移動する段階と、
前記ヘッド(3)を前記スカート(2)に取り付ける段階と、
キャップ(4)がある場合、それらを前記ヘッド(3)に取り付ける段階と、
を連続する段階として備えている請求項5に記載の製作方法。 - スカートを変形し移動する前記段階の以前に、前記スカート(2)が角度を付けて配向されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の製作方法。
- 前記スカート(2)は、オーバル断面の前記オーバル・マンドレル(17)に取り付けられる場合、角度を付けて配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の製作方法。
- スカートを変形する前記段階は、前記スカート(2)を成形区画(15,16)を通過させることにより行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製作方法。
- オーバル断面のマンドレル周囲にスカート(2)を準備する段階と、
ヘッド(3)と、キャップ(4)(ある場合)とを前記ヘッド(3)と同様なオーバル断面のマンドレル(17)の端部に装着する段階と、
前記スカート(2)を前記ヘッド(3)に向けて移動する段階と、
前記ヘッド(3)を前記スカート(2)に取り付ける段階と、
を連続する段階として備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の製作方法。 - 前記スカート(2)は、オーバル断面の前記マンドレルに取り付けられる場合、角度を付けて配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の製作方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージを製作する装置であって、
スカート成形用マンドレルと、
前記マンドレルに沿って前記スカートを移動するための移動手段と、
オーバル断面のヘッド(3)を受け入れるようになっているヘッド(3)装着手段と、
前記ヘッド(3)を前記スカート(2)に取り付ける手段と、を具備する装置において、
前記スカート(2)が前記ヘッド(3)に取り付けられる前に、角度を付けて前記スカート(2)を配向するための手段(19,20)を備えていることを特徴とする、パッケージ製作装置。 - 前記スカート成形用マンドレルが円形断面であることと、前記スカート成形用マンドレルは、前記スカート(2)が前記ヘッド(3)に取り付けられる前に前記スカート(2)を変形する手段を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のパッケージ製作装置。
- さらに、前記ヘッド(3)の断面と同様な断面のマンドレル(17)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパッケージ製作装置。
- 角度を付けて前記スカート(2)を配向するための前記手段(19,20)は、前記スカートの曲率半径が最大となる部分に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ製作装置。
- 前記スカート成形用マンドレル(2)がオーバル断面であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のパッケージ製作装置。
- 角度を付けて前記スカート(2)を配向するための前記手段(19,20)は、前記スカートの曲率半径が最大となる部分に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のパッケージ製作装置。
