Abstract

本发明涉及一种弹性的大致为管状的包装件(1),用于以手指压力提取半液体或者膏状体,该产品包括裙部(2)、头部(3)以及可选择地包括帽(4),其中所述裙部(2)由卷起的薄片形成,并带有由其边缘交叠而形成的纵向焊缝(6),头部(3)固定到裙部(7)端部周边上,并在裙部(2)固定区域的平面上形成椭圆形截面。发明的包装件(1)的特征在于,与头部接触的纵向焊缝(6)的端部位于其中椭圆形截面曲率半径最小的位置或者在其附近。

Description

椭圆横截面管、用于制造该产品的方法和设备
技术领域
本发明属于用于容纳例如牙膏或者化妆品或者食物的管状包装件领域。
更具体地说,本发明涉及椭圆形截面管,其中该管从被卷起和焊接的轧制膜获得。
背景技术
已经公知有几种用于制造被称为“轧制管”的柔性管的方法。例如实例,Schmid & Jeker的第US4123312号美国专利。
一般地说,通过预制部件制造的轧制管包括以下部分:裙部、头部和帽。
头部大致为空心截头圆锥体,其中形成细颈和外表面的圆筒位于头部的上面,而该外表面可带有螺纹孔以接纳在其上带螺纹的帽。可选择的是,窄颈的外表面不带螺纹,帽只简单地推压嵌入到其中。一般地说,头部和帽为通过注射模制或者压缩模制而制造的塑料部件。
·裙部一旦形成就具有大致的管子形状。它是由单层或者多层轧材辊制造的,其中带或者不带铝片,以及可被印刷或者为空白。
一种用于制造轧制管的普通方法包括以下步骤:
·从轧制膜开始,把轧材围绕圆形截面心轴卷起并焊接,以形成环形圆筒形管。圆筒然后切成确定长度的裙部。
·头部和帽自动地输入设备。
·头部通过焊接固定到裙部上。
·帽固定到头部上。
还存在其中在组装时制造一个或者多个元件的方法。
通过组装预制部件制造轧制管提供的优点是,这些部件可被分类挑选,那些不满足质量标准的部件在组装步骤前被去除。因此,此制造轧制管的方法就能够以较高生产率获得较好质量的管。
在现有技术中大多数轧制管的头部的特征为具有圆形截面。
然而,现有技术的轧制管具有许多缺陷。例如,当它们放在销售处时,裙部区域能让消费者看见,也就是说,在没有使消费者翻转管时情况下,直接呈现给消费者区域的相对较小。
以下专利文件描述了非圆形横截面的管:FR-A-2856981、FR-A-2224364、US-A-2004/0016279、DE-B-1143630和FR-A-2702738。
然而,这些优先权文件都涉及这样的管,即其中裙部具有沿着管主要表面,即沿着对应于椭圆形截面具有最大曲率半径的区域的表面设置的纵向焊缝。特别参见FR A-2856981和FR-A-2702738。
在这种情况下,由于纵向焊缝的存在,阻碍了对用于商业目的(用于为消费者提供信息)的管的其中一个主要表面的利用。
因此,需要通过提供完全没有焊缝管的主要表面来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明特别具有弥补上述缺陷的优点。
为此,发明涉及一种基本上为管状并用于容纳半液体或者膏状产品的软包装件,其中所述半液体或者膏状产品可在手指压力下排出,所述包装件包括裙部、头部以及可选择地包括帽;裙部由卷起的薄片形成,并包括由其边缘交叠而形成的纵向焊缝;头部固定到裙部的其中一个端部周边上,并在固定到裙部的区域形成椭圆形截面;所述包装件的特征在于,与头部接触的纵向焊缝的端部位于其中所述椭圆形截面曲率半径最小的位置或者在其附近。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造上述包装件的方法和设备。
附图说明
借助于轧制管的实例,在下文发明将得到更清楚地理解,其中该轧制管具有为椭圆形截面也就是说具有两个不相等直径的闭合曲线形状的头部。
下面实例通过以下附图来示出:

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的轧制管1由裙部2、头部3和帽4组成;平坦闭合部5朝向管与帽4所处端部相对的端部形成。裙部2沿着它的整个长度包括纵向焊缝6。裙部2围绕它的整个顶端7焊在头部3上。
图2示出了在管的裙部和头部之间焊接区域的详细视图。裙部2在具有曲率半径R的区域8与头部3交叠。此区域在它的顶部通过台阶21限定,用于定位裙部2。出于美学的原因,优选的是,保证裙部的顶端7处于与圆筒裙部的轴线垂直的平面上。这可通过以下来或实现,即确保此交叠区8的曲率半径围绕管头部整个周边具有恒定值,并确保台阶21真正地处于与裙部2轴线垂直的平面上。
图3a示出了在垂直于裙部轴线平面上裙部7端部的视图。在图3a中,根据发明的包装件的头部具有以短半轴a和长半轴b为特征的椭圆形截面。在图3b中详细示出了裙部6的纵向焊缝。此焊缝由交叠区域构成,而该区域包括轧材9的顶部焊接部和轧材10的底部焊接部。轧材9的顶部端部限定了纵向焊缝的可见区22。
图4示出了根据发明的用于形成椭圆形轧制管的设备的一部分。此部分涉及由圆形裙部14形成椭圆形裙部2的特别关键环节,并涉及此椭圆形裙部2传送到椭圆形心轴17上。该设备由裙部推进器11、凹面支撑件13、成型辊15、16以及心轴17组成。裙部推进器11具有带十字形状的推进器头部12,其中该十字具有不等长度的臂。凹面支撑件13配有把裙部保持在位的适当装置(例如真空系统)。成型辊15、16围绕垂直于板皮的轴线旋转。心轴17位于心轴支撑件18上。
图5示出了推进器头部12的A-A剖面。此推进器12为十字形状,其中该十字的臂具有不相同的长度,从而它们可在两个成型辊15、16之间穿过。此推进器头部12的臂具有略微比该头部横截面半轴线长的长度,以便确保在这些臂和形成后的裙部边缘之间的接触。
图6示出了根据发明的用于形成椭圆形轧制管的设备的另一个实例。此部分涉及把裙部2定向在椭圆形心轴17上的特别关键环节。此定向利用例如驱动辊19等适当装置来实现,然而也可利用皮带或者履带来实现。
根据本发明的椭圆形轧制管具有的优点是,提供了较大的几乎为平面的区域,这可承载印刷装饰,使包装件特别吸引消费者。为了更好地达到吸引效果,有益的是,轧材7的纵向焊缝位于对于消费者不是特别醒目的区域。根据本发明,已经证明的是,对于此纵向焊缝特别适合的是位于靠近管头部曲率最小半径的区域,更具体地说,在小于到裙部椭圆形截面长轴的·a/2的距离处,其中a为裙部椭圆形截面短半轴。为了相同的视觉原因,根据本发明,还特别推荐的是,在轧材9上部和轧材10下部之间的交叠部位于纵向焊缝6的区域,以这样一种方式以致于焊缝22的可见部朝向裙部曲率半径最小的区域。
一旦各种制造步骤说明后,对于根据本发明的用于制造椭圆形轧制管的方法和设备的描述将更清楚:
a)从轧制膜卷开始,按照形成环形直立圆筒的方式把轧材卷起和焊接。接着,把此圆筒切成确定长度的裙部。
b)椭圆形截面的头部和帽自动地输入用于制造轧制管的设备中。椭圆头部位于椭圆形截面心轴17的端部。
c)圆形裙部以相对于它们的对称轴的一定角度定向,从而纵向焊缝6的位置可正确地设定。
d)利用适当装置,预先定向的圆形裙部变形成椭圆形截面的圆筒体,并载入到椭圆形界面部分的心轴17上。
e)利用适当装置,在椭圆形心轴上,裙部以它们相对于头部精确定位的方式再次定向。
f)把头部组装和焊接在裙部上。
g)帽拧或者卡在轧制管头部上。
根据发明以及利用在图4和5中示出设备的用于形成椭圆管(上述方法的步骤d)的一种方法包括以下步骤:
·把圆形裙部14加载到凹面支撑件13上。
·利用推进器11把该圆形裙部14推入到形成区域。
·利用成型辊15、16把裙部形成椭圆形圆筒。
·与此同时,利用推进器11把它推进。成型辊15、16为凹面形状,以便把裙部形成与管头部3相同的椭圆形状。
·利用推进器11把椭圆形裙部滑动到椭圆头部3上,并滑动到椭圆形心轴17上。
如果裙部仍然为圆形截面的圆筒时,为了相对于管头部定位纵向焊缝,可以把裙部在其加载到椭圆形心轴前以一定角度定向。此定向可利用本领域技术人员熟知的那些手段来实现。然而,由于传送和成型过程不能保证定向精确地维持,因此,为了精确定向,当裙部处于椭圆形心轴的位置上时,有必要进行第二次定向。在椭圆形心轴上的这个定向特别关键,如果用于移动裙部的适当装置位于裙部曲率半径最大的区域,则根据本发明,此定向可有益地进行。这是因为当曲率半径最大时裙部与心轴摩擦的摩擦力较低。
利用以下步骤来描述根据本发明的另一种方法和用于制造椭圆形的第二设备:
h)从轧制膜卷开始,把轧材切成确定长度的片材。
i)这些片材围绕椭圆形截面第一心轴卷起并焊接以形成椭圆形截面的圆筒裙部。
j)椭圆形截面的头部和帽自动地输入用于制造轧制管的设备中。椭圆头部位于椭圆形截面第二心轴17的端部。
k)利用适当装置,椭圆形裙部从第一心轴朝椭圆形截面的第二心轴17传送。
l)利用适当装置,在椭圆形心轴上,裙部以它们相对于头部精确定位的方式再次定向。
m)把头部组装和焊接在裙部上。
n)把帽拧或者卡在轧制管头部上。

Claims (17)

1.一种基本上为管状并用于容纳半液体或者膏状产品的软包装件(1),其中所述半液体或者膏状产品可在手指压力下排出,所述包装件包括裙部(2)、头部(3)以及可选择地包括帽(4);裙部(2)由卷起的薄片形成,并包括由其边缘(9、10)交叠而形成的纵向焊缝(6);头部(3)固定到裙部(7)的其中一个端部周边上,并在固定到裙部(2)的区域形成椭圆形截面;所述包装件(1)的特征在于,与头部接触的纵向焊缝(6)的端部位于其中所述椭圆形截面曲率半径最小的位置或者在其附近。
2.如前面权利要求所述的包装件,其特征在于,形成纵向焊缝(6)上部的所述薄片边缘(9)指向所述裙部(2)曲率半径最小的区域。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的包装件,其特征在于,裙部(2)在其与所述头部(3)所处端部相对的端部上包括平坦的闭合部(5),同时所述甲焊缝(5)平行于所述椭圆形截面长轴(b)的方向。
4.如在前所述的权利要求中任何一项所述的包装件,其特征在于,裙部/头部固定区域(7)位于与裙部(2)主轴线垂直的平面上。
5.一种用于制造如前面权利要求任何之一所述包装件的方法,包括以下步骤:
·围绕心轴制备裙部(2),
·把头部(3)加载到具有与该头部类似横截而的椭圆形心轴(17)的端部上,
·把头部(3)固定到裙部(2)上,
其特征在于,裙部(2)以相对于它们的对称轴以一定角度定向,从而纵向焊缝(6)可定位在所述椭圆形截面曲率半径最小的位置或者在其附近。
6.如前面权利要求所述的方法,包括以下连续步骤:
·围绕圆形截面的心轴制备裙部(2),
·把头部(3)加载到具有与该头部类似横截面的椭圆形心轴(17)端部上,
·使裙部(2)变形并把它们传送到椭圆形截面的心轴(17)上,
·把头部(3)固定到裙部(2)上,
·把帽(4)(如果有的话)固定到头部(3)上。
7.如前面权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,裙部(2)在变形和传送它们的步骤前以某一角度定向。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,裙部(2)以某一角度定向,同时它们处于椭圆形截面的心轴(17)上。
9.如权利要求6到8任何之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述变形通过把裙部(2)穿过形成区域(15、16)而进行。
10.如权利要求5所述的方法,包括以下连续步骤:
·围绕椭圆形截面心轴制备裙部(2),
·把头部(3)和帽(如果有的话)加载到具有与头部类似椭圆形截面的心轴(17)的端部上,朝头部(3)移动裙部(2),
·把头部(3)固定到裙部(2)上。
11.如前面权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,裙部(2)以某一角度定向,同时它们处于椭圆形截面的心轴(17)上。
12.一种用于制造如在权利要求1到4任何之一限定的包装件的设备,包括:
-形成裙部的心轴,
-用于沿着所述心轴移动裙部的装置,
-用于加载头部的装置(3),
-用于把头部(3)固定到裙部(2)上的装置,
所述加载头部(3)的装置设计成能接纳椭圆形截面的头部(3),
其特征在于,它包括在裙部(2)固定到头部(3)前,用于使裙部(2)以某一角度定向的装置(19、20)。
13.如前面权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,裙部形成心轴为圆形截面,同时它包括用于在裙部(2)固定到头部(3)前使该裙部变形的装置。
14.如前面权利要求所述的设备,还包括具有与头部横截面类似横截面的心轴(17)。
15.如权利要求12到14任何一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述用于使裙部(2)以某一角度定向的装置(19、20)位于裙部曲率半径最大的区域。
16.如权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,用于形成裙部(2)的心轴为椭圆形截面。
17.如前面权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述用于使裙部(2)以某一角度定向的装置(19、20)位于裙部曲率半径最大的区域。
