Claims (4)
- 取付けボルトの挿入孔が長手方向に適宜間隔をおいて貫通形成されると共に、かかる挿入孔を挟んで複数条の転動体転走面が長手方向に沿って形成された軌道レールと、多数の転動体を介して前記軌道レールに組み付けられると共に前記転動体の無限循環路を備え、前記軌道レールに沿って自在に移動可能な移動ブロックと、を備えた運動案内装置において、
前記移動ブロックには、前記軌道レールの挿入孔との対向位置に、当該軌道レールの付着物を移動ブロックの一端から他端へ通過させる付着物通路が設けられ、また、
前記移動ブロックの移動方向の両端には前記付着物通路の入口を構成する通路形成部材が固定され、
かかる通路形成部材は、前記軌道レールの転動体転走面を横断すると共に当該軌道レールの表面に当接する一対のエンドシール部と、これらエンドシール部の間に設けられると共に前記移動ブロックの付着物通路の入口をなす通路開口部と、を有し、
前記通路形成部材のエンドシール部には、前記軌道レールの付着物を前記通路開口部に向けて移動させる傾斜排除面が前記通路開口部に隣接して形成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 前記移動ブロックには、前記軌道レールの挿入孔を挟んでその両側に位置すると共に前記軌道レールの転走面に沿って当該軌道レールに当接して前記付着物通路を区画する一対のインナシール部が設けられ、各インナシール部の長手方向の両端は前記通路形成部材のエンドシール部と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の運動案内装置。
- 前記インナシール部の長手方向の両端には当該インナシール部に対して屈曲した一対の連結シール部が設けられ、これら連結シール部がエンドシール部と当接していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の運動案内装置。
- 前記インナシール部は、前記連結シール部を前記エンドシール部の移動ブロックと反対側の面に重ね合わせた状態で、前記移動ブロックに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の運動案内装置。
